Franco?s was my go-to pizza place when I lived in Buffalo for school, and it retook that crown when I moved back last year. The... sauce is sweet but not distractingly so, they don?t skimp on the cheese, and the crust is buttery and flavorful. I?m also a fanof the chicken bacon ranch specialty pizza. Look no further if you live in North Buffalo or the Northtowns. The website is old,but functional for online ordering. They don?t have the best wings in Buffalo, but the competition is stiff in this town. Ijust go for the pizza?way too often. Read more
No doubt the best pizza in Buffalo. We order from the Kenmore location and the pizza and wings are never disappointing. There... seems to be a lot of issues stated in these reviews but we only had one problem in the past. Our pizza was accidentally given toanother customer, but we got a free 2-liter on the spot and a credit for a free large pizza. Read more
Would give no stars if I could. Franco?s used to be my go-to until they pulled this. Ordered a half cheese half pepperoni sheet... pizza online, standard order. Picked it up, got home and the pizza had absolutely no cheese on the pepperoni side. Called thestore, the associate we spoke to was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. We showed that we did not order no cheese onthe pizza (and also, who the hell would order no cheese on a half and half??) yet they said there was ?nothing they could do?.Not only were they unhelpful, but they were rude as well. The 2 funny guys working behind the line by the oven thought it was appropriate to tease the young lady working at the counter... while I was trying to get my food. Then then thought busting my chops would make it better....on top of the fact that after herand I both requested the 2 slices I ordered not be heated they still put them on a tray and into the oven. It is with great sadness that I leave this poor review. Franco?s on kenmore Ave was our go to place but our last order was... really bad. We ordered boneless wings. The deliver was timely, the food was hot, but the quality was very poor. The bonelesswere very small, like chicken crumbs. It was like a regular boneless piece was cut in half to make two pieces. There were a fewregular sized pieces, but not many. The pieces were on the hard side too. They weren?t burnt, but weren?t good. Usually theywould be soft and moist. We were very disappointed. They fries were great, but they chicken very sub par. And with prices beinghigher everywhere, I don?t like paying more money for less quality. So we need a new place. I thought maybe this was a one offtype of thing, but when I mentioned it to others, there were very few positive things said about Franco?s. I don?t know whathappened there to make their food go downhill but I hope whatever it is they fix it. I used to love their pizza but now I?mafraid to order because I don?t want another disappointing order. Take out is just too expensive to risk getting bad food. Read more
Excellent order experience specifically with them giving a specific order ready/pickup time. The chicken fingers were amazing. ... The pizza sauce is one of the best in Buffalo. I highly recommend Franco's. Read more
