The place was packed for the dental convention and they still seated and served like 23 of us with efficiency. The food is... amazing if not enormous portions, but no one complained. The staff was obviously in the weeds but you didn't see it on anyone'sface. Our servers and server assistants were fantastic. Answered any and all questions about menu items etc. Definitely worth atry if you haven't been!!! Read more

Me and my daughter ate here today and the food was absolutely delicious. The best pasta fagiole soup I have ever had!!! The food... was delicious and the service was fantastic. Our beautiful waitress Noelle was so friendly and made our visit to Buffalo evenbetter. Kudos for authentic Italian cuisine!!! ???????? ???????????????? The cannoli was the best I’ve ever eaten!!! I thinkmy favorite part was getting a shot of lemon cello and a sesame cookie to cleanse our palettes!!! Well done Frankie Primos Read more

Delicious Italian fare. I sat outside. The patio area is great to enjoy lovely music and for people watching. I ordered the... antipasto and artichoke salad. Both were super fresh and tasty. Server was very friendly, though the service was on the slowerside (understandable, given how busy they were). All in all, I recommend this place for a fun spot to come with a friend or tocome with a date. Read more

Great Italian food in the area! Been here a couple of times. They have a special brunch menu in the mornings (WE). The breakfast... pizza here is among the best I've tried. The margarita pizza and arrabiata we tried we just great. The Italian cafe latte wasjust splendid as well. Would come here again. Read more

The food was delicious and the service was great. We sat on the patio as it was a beautiful day. It only added to the... experience. I had just been in at the North Tonawanda location two days prior to coming here. The menu and food quality isexactly the same. Both locations are outstanding! Read more

Was in downtown Buffalo on a Saturday at noon and headed off to one of my favorite places for first time since pandemic began. ... But alas, it was closed, only open for Sunday brunch. As I stood and contemplated crying, the hotel concierge suggested FrankiePrimo's. I will be eternally grateful. It was fantastic. Sat at a window table (my absolute favorite spot wherever I go),ordered a most delicious Bloody Mary which came garnished with a stuffed olive, lemon and hot pepper stuffed with prosciutto andcheese. It was amazing. There were brunch and entree specials so numerous, it took me quite a while to decide. I finallychose a white pizza with mushrooms, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Before that came out I was given warm Italian bread andgarlic oil. It was as if I'd died and gone to bread heaven. I'm a good eater, but after the bread organic, I had to box halfmy pizza. The wonderful waitress who had catered to our every whim and chatted with us so friendly that i felt like a regulareven tho it was my first (but far from last) visit, asked if I was interested in dessert. I was so full, but I asked her totell me about it anyway. After listening to all the tempting options, I had to surrender to her description of a housemateCarmel pudding they called a Budino. Two spoons please. This was a wise choice. I was surprised at how light it was, I wasexpecting heavy, but I was pleasantly surprised at the light creaminess delivered. And it came with an unexpected perk of twoshots of limoncello and sesame cookies. I'm not a big sesame lover, nor do I normally do shots. I'd never had limoncellobefore. I'll be headed out to buy a bottle soon. It was a lovely sipping desertif. I was so happy I tried the sesame cookie. It was amazing. I will be going back to this gem of a place soon. And often. Stopped in for lunch. Thankfully it was a bye week for the Bills so the place was not jamming. I have heard it gets packed early... on game days. If you like authentic Italian flavors this is a great place for you. Every employee in the place greeted us andtheir positivity felt genuine and was infectious. I had the chicken and prosciutto panini. Just WOW. That was delicious. I lookforward to coming back to try more things on the menu. Read more
