Completely disappointed, I happened to order from this Gino?s by accident, I thought it was the one in the University plaza.... Well I bought the House pizza which is the most expensive, and I added extra cheese and pepperoni, GREEN olives, bananapeppers, and mushrooms, and I asked for it to be cut in squares. It cost me $59 altogether that?s including delivery. Well whenI got the pizza it was not cut in squares, there were BLACK olives instead of Green, it did not seem to be extra cheese at all,and the bottom of the pizza was cooked too long it was hard to bite through it. I called and talked with the owner and he wasnot accommodating at all, he said ?well that?s the way we cook our pizza and basically said ? ok the only thing we did was putblack olives instead of green? he didn?t try to resolve the issue. So needless to say it was my mistake for ordering from thewrong Gino?s. I will never give this place my business EVER AGAIN !!!! ???????????? Read more
I ordered a large and 10 wing special. This is my second time asking them to make the wings crispy and they just don't do it... smh. I ordered bbq wings and the wings weren't properly tossed in the sauce, I can't justify spending this much money if I'm notgetting exactly what I want. Read more

When it?s good, it?s fantastic. But too inconsistent. It seems like every time I rave about their pies and try to get a friend... to try one for the first time, they crank one out that taste like a frozen pizza with topping slapped on top. I ordered the large pizza and 10 wings combo. I choose sausage for my topping and the Gino's Secret Sauce for the wings. Both... were solid . Can't quite describe the sauce flavor, but it made me think of a BBQ. The wings were good in size as well. Thepizza won?t be everyone?s style reference but I did like it as a New York style pizza. Just ordered a deep dish pizza and it was cold and burnt. They tried to blame on delivery guy. Called and the lady that answered... was being sarcastic. They made the pizza in the morning and put it in the oven when I ordered it. WOW. Never again. Read more
