If I could give it 0 stars I truly would. The sign says 24 hours so I stopped here at around 6am (reasonable time) to get a... sandwich and the employees were ignoring everyone at the drive thru. I pulled up to the window to ask what time they wereopening up and they refused to open the window to give me the smallest curtesy and just yelled at me that they were closed. If I could put zero stars I would. I have never posted a negative review on Google but this is the THIRD straight TERRIBLE... experience at this [articular location which is supposedly under 'new ownership'. Long waits, rude staff and the worst-qualityMcDonalds food I've had. We waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for them to yell through the speaker that they'reclosed - even though they're open 24 hours. Whether its the morning or late night, they can never seem to put together even adecent customer service experience. Just go to the Burger King next door. Read more
I don?t know who the manager is for this McDonald?s during lunch hour but they need to be FIRED! This is THE most poorly run and... low quality one around! Even for it being McDonald?s. You will literally sit in line/drive thru for an HOUR! Even with carsconstantly leaving the line! Crazy! And then wait longer just to tell them you ordered through the App! If you own this storeand you are reading this about your lunch manager, you need to do better! It?s plenty of people looking for work that CAN NOT beany worse then whoever this manager is! We had the mobile order for just one large ice coffee. Waited for 30 mins. Nothing happened. I walked into the store, there are... employees behind the counter, walking slowly and eating fries!! With their bare fingers and they were accidentally spitting aswell. When there is a large ice coffee on the counter, I approached and asked if that's mine, she answered I don't know... Itwas never sent out as we ordered curbside pickup. Meanwhile there is a gentle man beside me ordered a large black ice coffee,and they gave him a small warm coffee in a clear cup. He was very upset and walked out. Plus, there is no soda fountain orportable water for customers. Like the gentleman said this is crazy!!!! Read more

Only because you can?t leave 0. We were there on Saturday, July 2 around 1:45 pm. We waited in line and waited in line, the cars... ahead of us weren?t moving. Finally, we moved up to order. My husband started giving our order, after giving one part, themicrophone went dead. We sat there for 15 minutes, waiting. I became fed up, got out the car and walked up to the window. Thereweren?t any vehicles there. I looked in the window, there were 2 employees there. One was drinking and the other was playing onher phone. I knocked on the window and didn?t get a response. My husband pulled up in the car, told me to get in, we were latefor the wedding. As we pulled past the drive up, an employee finally opened the window. We have never experienced such terribleservice. Seeing that this has also a complaints previously, I wonder how they stay in business. DO NOT GO this MacDonald?s. Read more
I used the drive through. The staff is well organized and fast. They made sure fresh meat was served in the evening. The cashier... made sure all the food was in the bag before handing it over. Overall a 9/10 experience. Read more
