Years ago this place used to be great, they used to have these soft delicious homemade pastry desserts which they don't have... anymore, they used to have pretty good ribs which they don't have anymore either, it's nothing like it used to be. I tried somany different things and the only thing that was decent was the lo mein. All the meat was chewy and as if it had been reheated,the texture of everything was just terrible, this place just really went downhill with the quality. Would never go back. Read more
Food was good, very poor customer service. We paid our bill at the desk?gratuity that was automatically added in. Then we?re... chase through the restaurant by the waitress that didn?t clear the plates at the table or offer drink refills the entire meal.Gratuity should be a choice not automatic depending on the service that you receive! Buffet was decent, good price. Hibachi/mongolian grill was basically worthless. Small selection, but fine. Cook barked at me... for trying to add sauce to my food, then added so much water i basically got boiled beef, made worse by the taste of beef leftto defrost on a tray. He added basically no sauce and none while it was cooking. None of the little sauce he put on stuck tothe meat or noodles, was just a watery disappointing mess. I never really like to eat at these kind of places but I was starving. I hadn't eaten since yesterday. It's a buffet and i... always over eat at these things. Good thing i work out regularly! My Father was with me and we decided to stop. The foodlooks good but it was mediocre. Tasteless. Edible but will be the last time I go here. The best part is the desert bar whichis never a good thing. The service was good with endless drinks and non stop plate pick-up. If it was only about the serviceit would get a 5 star. I want to start off by saying that the food is amazing. Many things to choose from and always fresh. But here's my issue. Today... my husband and I went there. We drove from an hour and a half away. We had a great meal and good time until we went to go payand the waitress came up and had "tip?" Written on her hand and showed it to us. She would not leave our table until we left hera tip. How despicable! To have the audacity to ask a customer for a tip and then hover until she got what she wanted?! We lefther a decent tip but next time it will be a penny or I will flat out say no. The Mongolian Buffet is a fun place to eat, the reason why I say this is because there is so much to choose from and taking a... little bit of different things let's you try different dishes! Now, I'm not saying that you will like everything but there is alot to like or love for everyone, or almost everyone! My friends talked me into going to the Mongolian Buffet and I still havenot made it to trying everything, but that may be because I always go back for my favorite dishes too!
