The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious (bolognonse and spaghetti and meatballs were the 2 dishes).... Chocolate cake for desert was on point. The owner or manager for the night was by more than once to ensure an excellentexperience. This was my second time eating at Osteria 166 and I can't wait to return. One of the best meals I’ve had in a LONG time. Noni’s meatball appetizer, Carbonera for dinner, and chocolate cake for... dessert. Everything was amazing. Cocktails were great as well. This is a superb restaurant!! Some of the best pasta I have ever ate in my life and I'm not kidding! The service was impeccable... and the chocolate cake oh my goodness! I bought spaghetti with a big meatball as a takeout meal. The food was awful. The meatball was cold and foul tasting. The... spaghetti was undercooked and the sauce was tasteless and of an odd consistency. There was a big blob of something white (sourcream? Mayonnaise?) plopped in the middle of everything.
