Our server Gunnar was fabulous, very knowledgable, helpful with suggestions and kept... us up to date on a minor delay from kitchen preparing food (large group ahead of us). The statues seemed like they were making sure I eat all my food, but it was so delicious they didn't have to worry.
1st time going here. Went with my son. Bill was a shocking $80! Good: The food was good. You could tell it was more authentic... than "americanized". I ordered the Sesame Chicken entree. There was barely any fat like the fast food places or localrestaurants have in their cuts of chicken. There may have been a little bit but it gave it flavor rather than globs of fat. Allthe workers were nice. Bad: I called ahead and was put on the "call ahead list". That put us at the front of the waiting line.Even though the restaurant barely had any patrons, we still waited 15 minutes. I could see a lot of workers not really doingmuch in that time. After we were seated, we gave our drink order and food order pretty quickly. Although there were only ahandful of tables with customers, we still waited 30 minutes for our food (for 2 people!!). One of the tables had maybe 20adults and children. Although they had their food and it was at the end of their visit, it seemed like all the workers attentionwas on them, which probably resulted in the long food wait. When I ordered, I could barely understand what the waiter said anddid not realize he said it was an extra charge for fried rice with the meal (the menus are digital and has NO DETAIL AT ALL, sothat was an unnecessary extra $10! The bathroom floors were disgustingly dirty. Like.....have they EVER cleaned them!? Reallygross! I would eat their food again, but might just order for pick up! ???? Read more
So we got there at a busy Saturday night had two drinks at the bar took a few minutes to get any service at all sitting... patiently. We had reservations for 6:30 we didn't get seated till 6:50 p.m. once her party was all together at a table it tookover 20 minutes to get a drink! So that delayed appetizers and dinner although the server wanted to put it in......not withoutalcohol first. Food quality was pretty good but after dinner there was a very long delay on getting any service back to ourtable, our server was "Will" he was good up to that point he just kind of disappeared so that further delayed the birthdaycelebration and buying dessert as well. I did ask for the manager her name was carmel, she did make a couple things right butdidn't know how bad it was as a whole we also couldn't process our credit card because their Wi-Fi went down so I got a calltoday and after talking to the manager she offered to take care of the bill and hoped that we would come back. We'll have tothink about it but as a whole my first visit there was highly disappointing but I thanked her for trying to make it right. Wewere there 3hrs! Read more
This was my second time here. Made reservations ahead of time for lunch. Was not busy when I came in. Was seated right away. Got... our food right away. Everything was really good! They were nice enough to put a happy birthday card signed by the staff at thetable before we were seated for me. Overall good experience! Read more
Backing after a long time to PF Chang's. The menu has changed since, mostly for the better. They are done with paper menus. It's... now available to view on your phone. The lettuce wrap appetizer was very creative and delicious. The Singapore noodles anddynamite roll sushi were amazing. The hot and sour soup was the only disappointment. The best item was far was the fire and icedessert ( bread pudding with ice cream covered in chocolate flambe with rum). Definitely recommend. Read more
This restaurant is situated in a Huge plaza with lots of parking around. There are a lot of food options around the area; we... chose to go to this place for dinner on Saturday night. They have some great options on their menu and the fusion food is prettydecent. I tried their Coconut cooler; it was amazing and very unique. Also tried their Calamari, General Tao Chicken; Shrimp inLobster sauce; Fried Rice. Their quantities are great, especially for the Shrimp, they serve a LOT of Shrimp in their plate.The fried rice was very sticky and not so flavorful but everything else was pretty decent. Their prices are slightly on thehigher-end and I won't say it's fully justified. But perhaps worth a try once. Read more
