Grew up with (Tom's) pizza express since the early 80's or earlier when they were down Broadway many years ago. My family... always ordered from there. We have been ordering from them for a few years, pizza is good, subs are good , my Grandson wanted fried chicken tonight, ... so I got him the 4 piece chicken dinner. He ended up with 4 pieces of breaded bones. No chicken at all.i will definitely rethink next Tim's I want delivery. How do I explain to a autistic 10 year old that he's not going to eat tonight. The antipasto salad and the tacos are AMAZING, I very critical of my food choices. I'm posting to tell you they're very honest... and humble. There was a mistake made and they called me, they found it and they fixed it, they called me to let me know and Iappreciate the honesty so much.. plus they have ginger ale!!! Read more
My family has been Ordering here since they open. Close to home, great food, excellent owner and staff. We order from here for... every family event. I have never had a problem with food or staff. Mistakes (only a handful in 30 years) are handled with suchgreat customer service!!!!! They treat you as a friend not just a customer!!!! Read more
The third time I've ordered and twice the same driver honked his horn announcing his arrival. I had asked him not to do it and... even called the store. Was told that all drivers do it so they don't play phone tag with the order. I have done pizza deliveryand have never had to honk horn. I will never order from them ever again. On my street I keep to myself and don't draw anyattention. The horn was just too much and then the response was just idiotic. I'd rather starve than order from them. Read more
