So, speaking for this restaurant only, staff were awesome, had a birthday dinner for my father in law and he chose this... location. I ordered a medium rare steak which came out round like a baked potato, undercooked and literally no flavor...I wouldnot recommend this with the many other options available in the area. Also had brother in law order endless shrimp, which is 4varieties and 2 of which are scampi... The wife and father in law ordered the 2 lobster tails and were over cooked and overlydifficult to clean out of the tail. I'd give a higher rating for the staff alone but this just speaks on Red Lobster not beingwhat it used to be at this location. Read more
Went for a Birthday dinner for 8 people for reservations at 6 pm. Got there early about 5:50. We were not seated till 7pm. Staff... said it was because they only have 1 table to accommodate 8 people. We asked if we could just have 2 tables put together or sitin a different area that has bigger tables and were told no they are not allowed to move Tables or open seat at the other tablesthat were available. We watched about 6 different groups walk out because they were told there be a long 2 hour wait. Iunderstand there is a shortage of workers and kitchen staff. But there has to be a better way then to make people wait a longtime in the waiting room or just leave. This is the 3rd time I been at this restaurant and same results everytime. The waitress, Mallory, was super nice and helpful. I would really recommend her if you have the chance. The food and drinks were... great. I had the peach pinacolada and it was great. Our food came out timely with our 7 person party. The only issue I had waswith the crab linguini. The crab they used just had a grainy texture and was pretty fishy. Kinda like the last bits of crab inthe batch were used for the noodles. All the other dishes (sesame soy salmon, the lobster shrimp and salmon, and the new englandclam chowder) were all excellent. Biscuits were so fresh the cheese was stringy. Melt in your mouth. So good. And the shrimp scampi and fried shrimp were amazing.... Last time the brussel sprouts were halved and a little better, this time it was a lot of scraps but still tasted good. Pasta waslacking flavor but Red Lobster never disappoints. Read more
Went for unlimited shrimp with the family. Was pretty decent over all. Owner reached out and asked what they could to to make... the service better, unfortunately I don't have a Facebook, but in all I appreciate the sentiment all the same and raised thereview from 3 to 5 stars. The food was good the only constructive criticism I can offer was that the food felt a littlebuttery, having a grilled non fried option would be great for the shrimp.
