Called on 7/24 for a reservation for 6 at 6:30 on 7/26. They returned my call on 7/26 at 4:00 pm and said that they could only... do 7:30 for 6 people. We went there for the 730 rez. When we arrived there was no one at the hostess section. We waited andeventually she came and told us that we would have to wait another half hour so we went to the bar. We waited at least a halfhour or more. They were busy because they have their NOW 12.00 special. The waitress was not friendly at all. Never gave hername, took the drink order which was short since we already drank at the bar. We asked if we could split the bill just 2 waysand she refused saying "they don't have time for that." We placed our orders and waited and waited. The soup and salads came inabout 20 minutes. When delivering the salads she asked if we needed more bread and we said sure not knowing there was anadditional charge. Finally the meals came in about 1 hr. By this time there were not many diners left. We received the bill andthere were additional charges of $.75 for 2 meals for GRAVY. Who charges additional for gravy? Should be part of the meal!! Alsoadditional $1.50 for the additional bread. This seems to be their new post covid ploy to increase the bill. We did not seeanything on the menu for these additional charges and these wait times are unheard of. Seems no one is running the show here. Inthe past this was a good local restaurant. The food was a 5/5! Service and atmosphere were a 3/5 at best. Honestly there really wasn?t any atmosphere to speak of. Lighting... was dim, music was low and didn?t set any mood. Decor is nice but casual. I would expect better service than a Denny?s for theprice. Luckily the god will give them a second chance. Read more
This place is a hidden gem. Tuesday night specials have packed the place, which is great to see but the word is out. Great food... at reasonable prices and wonderful service. Make reservations or you won't get a table. Flatbread had a great crust. I had the$10.00 breaded porkchop special. I was not expecting 2 porkchops for 10 bucks, along with mashed potatoes, green beans and achef salad with warm, fresh bread. Absolutely Delicious. And then there's dessert. Took a piece of coconut cream pie to go.Tasty, creamy deliciousness. Kelsey, our waitress was pleasant, attentive and very good at her job. Greatly appreciated. I'll beback!! Food is too good not to try everything on the menu. Went again last night. It's now$12.00 for complete dinners withsalad. I had the bruschetta chicken this time. Delicious. Read more

Our waitress Dione was nice. We were asked if we had reservations, but we didn't. We went shortly after they opened so they... weren't busy. We brought our son, but they don't have a kids menu. Their food was good, especially the appetizer. Read more
We went with some out-of-town friends originally from Buffalo, who like the vibe of local "joints". The food was terrific. I... had the chicken inferno, and thankfully the stuffed pepper wasn't hot. The boneless, skinless chicken breast underneath wasperfectly cooked, and usually I stay away from that because 95% of restaurants overcook it. Delicious! Rust Belt is verycasual in appearance, but the quality of the food and the very low price more than make up for that. Very friendly staff, too. Read more
