The worst customer service ever. Do not order food from this cafe. Firstly, they gave me a partially wrong take out order. I... call the restaurant back and they told me to come back and return the food for a refund. I go back to the restaurant which was a20 min drive and gave her the food. She flips again and says we cannot refund you the money for the food and took my food. Justrobbing me out. Additionally, the chicken and shrimp were overcooked and chewy. There were no wontons in the wonton soup aswell. Never going back here and suggesting people to stay away from these fraudsters. Read more

Great experience at the Saigon Cafe! Service was quick and the food was delicious. I ordered the Pad See Ew. The interior is... really pretty. We will be back! Read more

Not only authentic but a very cool and creative environment. Tai and Vietnamese cuisine not fusion two esperante ethnic foods... coexisting on one menu. My go to is either the wings or the best wonton soup I?ve had in Buffalo to start. Then I usually havethe Pad Se Ew or if I want Vietnamese the Bun Cha (vermicelli noodles with veggies, sweet vinegar sauce and tiny crunchy springrolls) Does not disappoint Read more

Came here on a Friday night, it wasn?t too busy (most likely because of the Bills game going on at the same time). We had 7... people and they?re able to seat us right away. My friends ordered Saigon fried rice and said it?s one of the best fried ricethey?ve had in a long time! Pad see ew was also tasty and very close to authentic, probably the closest in town! (And I?m Thai)pot stickers were ok, nothing special. vermicelli (Bun) dishes were good and fresh. I?d definitely be back! Read more

We ignored a singular, recent, negative review and went with the overwhelmingly positive reviews and ARE WE HAPPY !! A... delightful late afternoon/early evening random picks from their ample menu were each a revelation, uniformly perfectly cookedthe freshest ingredients with subtle flavors. Service was helpful without being overbearing and a relief after a day of seeingsights, our warm up to Gardens Buffalo weekend. Great choice. Read more

The staff is very friendly and courteous. The Summer Rolls and Sem Cuon are very good fresh, light appetizer options. I had... the Salmon with Tumeric Sauce in a clay pot which was excellent. It came with a side of rice but I added a side of mixedveggies. The Vietnemese Iced Coffee with Condensed Milk is also a great choice but I wish it was a little larger. I highlyrecommend trying this place out! Read more

Enjoyed my meal. Took a bit to get my menu once I was seated but with only one server around at the time that is perfectly okay.... Wonton soup was very good. Drank all of it quickly despite how hot it was. Burnt my tongue a bit but it was worth. Thai friedrice was okay. Has a little of a charred taste to it but not too overbearing. In general it was a good meal and visit Read more

Extremely disappointing food. Can?t believe how bland tasteless and insipid the food was. The green Thai curry was only sugar... and coconut milk. The noodles was thick flat one inch wide doughy mass served with some fried tofu and a bland liquid which wassupposed to be some sauce. The broccoli in garlic sauce was equally disappointing as in the whole dish there must be only 3 or 4pieces of broccoli. No doubt the food was fresh but totally unpalatable. There was no differentiation between the dishes as alltasted the same bland tasteless pile of food. Only good part was that it was open till 10:30 pm and after the concert one of thefew options open where vegan food was available. Would Not recommend if you want some authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Totally feelwe wasted money. Read more
