Yikes, went I went the guys at the counter were so rude. I actually liked the food, but I am sorry customer service is... everything. Irony: souvlaki slow will take an hour of your life away from you that can never get back. It's actually 100% false... advertising. Idk how this place is surviving in such a rough state. I wish @pitagourmet would buy this location out. Salt inthe wound, it's barely Greek at all, they dont even put feta on a souvlaki and the dressing is literally just canola oil...motoroil, who knows. I will definitely never be going back here. The interior is small, there is no signage where you order or even pick up your... food. When I arrived, three people were already waiting so I knew it was going to be a minute but I waited 25 minutes for achicken souvlaki. While standing there waiting, I witnessed an employee literally saying to his coworker- ?eh they can wait?(and pointed to me and others waiting) and claimed online orders were the priority. He also said ?all these people are staringat me?, as if people were doing anything wrong by existing and waiting patiently for their food. I am disgusted at your customerservice. My food was bland and I watched them literally put barely any sauce on my food. Nobody apologized to anyone for theirwait and now I know to continue going to Rachel?s. Don?t waste your time. I went to the location in the expo market Buffalo and the cashier Esther was extremely rude. I am not sure if she was having a... bad day or just her normal nature but her attitude was extremely evident. Being my second time to this location, the food wasn?tas good as the first time as the chicken was dried out and the dill dip tasted a little off however the staff was rude bothtimes. With many other options for Greek food nearby, I recommend you avoid this location. Read more
When I first entered this restaurant I was greeted by a chef/employee who was very friendly and chatted with me the entire time... my food was being made, granted it was a large order for my family, but the atmosphere was very welcoming. The manager even cameout to help and chat. Both employees were very nice and the food was absolutely delicious. It was perhaps the best souvlakipitas I have ever had. The dressing was especially delicious. I would definitely recommend a trip to Souvlaki Fast for someAUTHENTIC (not Americanized) delicious Greek food. Read more
The food was not authentic Greek food. The chicken was very under seasoned and the Greek dressing wasn?t made the typical way... with olive oil and seasoning. It was very bland. Read more
