Been sitting here for 20mins. Ordered a pizza. He just put it in. Did other orders before making our pizza. 10 mins later... finally get our pizza. A pizza parlor would of been faster. Pizza was really good. I will give them that. Read more
I love the new management and staff at the Clarence location. I stopped going to this location in the spring because my drink... wasn't made correct and I would wait 40 minutes for my drink. I was in a time crunch the other day and decided to stop and seeif they could get my Iced Mocha made correctly... well to my surprise they did! I was also greeted by a very friendly ladynamed Julia. So friendly and genuinely kind- wanted to make sure that my drink was made correct. It's nice when you're runninglate to work and someone smiles- makes your day better! Everyone has been so friendly. They want to make sure I'm 110%satisfied with my drink purchase. I can also say that they are very efficient. I'm very happy. I went through the drive thru and normally the wait is about 5-10 minutes to get your order, but this time it took 20 minutes... for one bagel. They had me pull up so they could bring it out which is fine, but when i got my bagel, i opened it and there?sjust a giant blob of butter in the center of it. The bagel is cold. Very disappointing... my go to place for healthy options. the food is fresh and every bite is a joy. you can feel the freshness is whatever you eat... here. their soups are really good too. i love the focaccia bread. a bit pricey i feel but still good fr the healthy options theyoffer. will go again and again! Read more
My wife and I enjoy chai lattes so we went to Starbucks across the street last night. While in the drive thru we were told they... were out of chai. We were blocked in the drive thru so there was no turning back. We waited ~10 min to get out of there and inthe meantime I knew spot coffee was across the street. I called them in an attempt to put in an order for 2 chai lattes withoatmilk so that they would be ready once traffic cleared. The phone just rang and rang, so I thought they may be a little busy.I had never been to spot coffee prior to this but had heard good things so we went across the street to get our fix and figuredwe could add this place into our rotation. I went in the shop and to my amazement the place was next to dead, just a few patronsat tables enjoying beverages. I placed an order for the chais with oatmilk, total was 14.56 which was more than Starbucks wouldhave been. I watched the girl prepare them and it appeared she had ran out of oatmilk and began to use whole milk. I am lactoseintolerant so you can imagine how my drive home went. The race was on. Our ?chai? lattes were nothing more than milk lattes witha splash of chai. I never write reviews so this is how you know how terrible these drinks were. What a waste of our time andmoney.
