I normally try to give Starbucks the benefit of the doubt because I was a barista as well, but I would never return to this... location again. I waited for almost 15 minutes for a strawberry açaí lemonade, because the baristas were standing theretalking about getting breaks and how much closing work they have to do. The manager lady at this Starbucks location is very rude to the customers! I ordered 2 Frappuccino?s and a breakfast sandwich... and only received the Frappuccino?s at first. I waited at the counter off to the side for my sandwich which they obviouslyforgot about! And as I was waiting for my sandwich the lady tells me in a very rude way that I need to go stand somewhere else,and I told her I was still waiting on a sandwich, and she told me I didn?t order a sandwich and asked me to see my receipt thatobviously I had a charge on it for two Frappuccino?s and a sandwich she was very disrespectful towards me while I was waitingfor my order and after I proved to her that I ordered what she didn?t give me! I think it?s time to hire new management at thislocation!!!
