The worst possible subway I've been to. If you use coupons, there is a Bangladeshi lady who looks at you as if you're taking her... property away from her. And the rude tone she spoke in, when we asked her to pack a sub as two 6inches. Don't go to this subwayif want to have a good meal. Every other subway here in buffalo is way better with respect to customer service. I wish I cangive 0 stars. Read more

John, the owner was rude and belligerent when my pickup order was incorrect, both in the portions of veggies and lacking cheese... on the sub. He argued with me showing me a receipt, and told me to take it up with corporate until I showed him he was wrong. Iasked simply for cheese, he threw out the pickup order and made another one demanding me to sit down or leave. Zero customerservice etiquette. I wasn't the one who messed up, trained employees wrong, or was rude. You told me to contact corporate, don'tworry, I did. Avoid this location, there's another one within a mile. Read more

We ordered subs and bought pop spent 30.00, the drinks we bought we in a fridge 2 cokes, they dont have the fridge plugged in... everything is warm. I asked for a cup with ice and they were going to charge me for it 2.35 for a half cup of ice and nothing todrink ???? horrible customer service. And was tryimg to charge someone to use the bathroom. Highly disappointed. They Don?t honor coupons, neither take campus cash, and when asked for the reason, either their machine is... not working, or coupon doesn?t apply. If you?re a student, I highly recommend to go to a different subway that acknowledgestudents. Read more

Went to this subway for the first time, two ladies here who both don?t speak English. One acted like it was a hassle to do her... job. She rolled her eyes as soon as we started ordering. Didn?t listen to the words we were saying even though we repeatedourselves multiple times. We asked for a turkey kids meal, both my husband and I said it, and she tried to give us a whole sub,then when we said it?s a kids meal again she cut it into a 6 inch and rolled her eyes. When we cashed out, they tried to chargeus for a 6inch sub and when I corrected them, they said we never said it was supposed to be a kids meal. They said something toeach other in another language then rung it up as a kids meal, and then charged us extra for the the juice that?s supposed tocome with the meal. And then never got the apple sauce that comes with it. So we got charged for a meal and didn?t receive thedrink for the meal itself or side, and then got charged for a second drink. When we brought it up after looking at the receipt,the lady told me to shut up. They eventually gave us the apple sauce we were missing but didn?t give us the second drink shecharged us for. My husband asked for corporates number, and she claimed they didn?t have corporate. Apparently this is the onlysubway in the world without a corporate or owner. Then told my husband he had to go online to get it that she wasn?t going togive it to him. They refused to give us their names as well. Stay far away from this place. Read more

So I'm not the one to make worded reviews. But this place deserves one. I go in and there's a elderly lady and a guy. The guy... didn't read the signage right and was upset they couldn't accept the coupon. So he walks out without paying for his food andjust leaves. The employees looks super puzzled and then just put the sub in the fridge. The elderly lady though.....turns outshe was a begger. This was bold too, I've never seen a begger inside of a store before asking customers and not being told toleave. Immediately gets within a foot of me and basically says, "oh you don't have any money for me? Or you can't buy food forme, lady there took my last $20"....WHILE the employee with fear in her eyes looks at me WHILE asking for my order. I didn'tknow what to do so I just lock up and say nothing till the begger leaves to outside the store. I finish my order and as I'mpaying for it. The elderly lady is sitting on the rail outside and starts peeing herself!!! I wish I didn't see this but I did!I've only been coming here due to convenience to my house but this was the last straw. I'll never come here again, nor go to theWendy's next store too because they too, will screw your order up or give you everything wrong. Just avoid this place!! Read more

Horrible experience. So incredibly rude and unprofessional I was literally stunned, I wanted a deluxe meat ball bomber but... wasn?t sure I had enough with the other sub I was getting and so I just got regular subs until I got to the register and saw Ihad enough for extra meatballs and then I asked if I could get some extra meatballs on the side and they literally startedyelling at me that if I wanted extra I had to order it while the sub was being made, it was so embarrassing that they would actthat way in their own store in-front of people no less! I went on to say that next time I will just go to Wendy?s and theysassily replied that I can go wherever I like. The workers were all shooting nastily looks as well towards the end and one ofthem muttered something at me that sounded like ?next time I?m gonna?? and the rest I didn?t catch but literally when I say Ifelt unsafe in this subway I?m not even joking.
