We had a send off party before my wife and I eloped and the staff did an amazing job to make our special day with family and... friends memorable. The bartenders worked their butts off where there was no line, and the waitresses kept the buffet stacked. Wehad 145 people in the beer garden and it was perfect. Plenty to do and everyone loved it. The chicken and au gratin potatoeswere everyone's favorite! Highly recommend for events! Read more

This place is absolutely phenomenal. The French Onion Soup was the best I have ever had. The wings are good, the beef on Weck... was good and Beer Cheese Soup was one of a kind and it was also great!. I spent 2 hours trying to pick a place to eat in Buffaloand am definitely happy with my pick! Read more

Visited this neighbourhood pub featured in Guy Fieri?s Diners Drive-Ins and Dives for lunch today. . While the restaurant had... that awesome vibe and the staff very welcoming and friendly, the food was rather disappointing. . We ordered the Crab Cakes forappies and it was good but a little salty for my taste. I ordered the Triple D Platter that came with another Crab Cake, Beef onWeck, Tater Tots and a small cup of Irish Beer Soup. The Beef on Weck was great! I love the caraway seeds on the bread! The beefwas very tender and the gravy was bang on. The Irish Beer Soup was so salty that I had to stop eating it after a couple ofspoonful. That was unfortunate as it had a good background flavour profile. Fortunately, the Tater Tots were the saviour of theplatter. The birthday boy had the Buffalo Chicken Fingers and he had to take out the batter as it was just too thick. My otherfriend ordered the Corned Beef on Rye and he said it was great but also too salty. He loved the Tater Tots as well. . It wasmore of a novelty visit and at least we have tried the food. Read more

Blackthorn is a fun, no nonsense place to grab a delicious dinner. Our favorite for Friday fish, their generous portions & yummy... sides are SO delicious! Wait staff always smiling, attentive & reflects why it's so popular. Read more

Delicious food, wait, that seems like an understatement. Homey atmosphere. Definitely understand what enticed Guy Fieri to visit... for Triple D. Highly recommend The Pub "The Big Guy's Favorite" Sandwich. The meat I so freaking tender, and the onions add justthe right amount of crunch (and I'm not an onion lover at all). This place will be held in a special place in my heart...andstomach. Lol Keep up the excellent work. Read more

Pretty good, got the "Tripple D Platter" and the Stuffed Banana Pepper. The Stuffed tots we're definitely my favorite, followed... closely by the Stuffed Banana Pepper. The sandwich was pretty good, but the crab cake was a little weird. I didn't feel like Icould taste any crab. I'm not a beer drinker, so the Irish cheese soup was not for me. The only thing I would come back for isthat banana peppers and the tots. You gotta try them! Read more
