This was our first visit to a Tim Horton?s and to say we were underwhelmed is an understatement. Half what we wanted (coffee... shop staples) they were out of, after spending nearly $30 on breakfast we decided to eat inside since it was empty. We saw alive roach crawling between our feet and a dead one smashed in the floor. We went to use the bathroom before we left and thetrash next to the toilet with the used feminine products was overflowing, the toilet wasn?t filthy but it wasn?t clean, andthere were black hairs in the sink. I've been going to this Tim Hortons for a while now, since they opened, and I absolutely hate it! They always mess up my orders,... the customer service is terrible, and today was no exception to my order being messed up!! They charged me $3.00 for a"cappuccino", when it was actually a dark roast coffee with creamer and no sugar. I do NOT recommend grabbing your coffee oranything from here! ???????? Read more
I have never meant a bunch of people so ignorant in my life!! My co workers and I now try to avoid this location because our... coffee is never right but it's hard being it stays open late...I asked them if I could have a meal deal with what I ordered...hegot an attitude gave me a dirty look and made it more expensive...it went from $4.20 to $4.99...how is that a meal deal...thenwouldn't explain why the price went up so I said why would I want it more expensive and he changed it back and walkedaway...ridiculous!! **Update...now the hours have changed from open 24 hrs to 6am-10pm but yet they can't manage to open on timeand when you finally get to give your order it's still nothing but attitude...no good morning at the window...they just hand youyour coffee take the payment and shut the window...great customer service Read more
