The nurse in front of me in line had the cashier ask her if she wanted to leave her change? When she asked if it was being... donated to a fund and or What was the purpose of leaving a large amount of change there was? The cashier replied just to leaveit in the drawer? so is that inadvertently asking for a tip?! The other day there was a tip cup there the couple dollars in itright in front of the register but now it?s gone.! And sorry to say this time my sandwich had brown lettuce on it. so I?m notamused with that at all. I did buy one of the blue donuts for the Buffalo fund Because I saw a sign for it and I know that?slegit? at least I?m hoping so lol Read more
Trash. Grill never works. Bought chicken wrap multiple times and it was trash always. Worst place to spend ur hard earned money.
I paid for a double egg and double bacon sandwich and one sausage egg muffin and they gave me 2 sausage egg. Should have read... the reviews before placing order. Overpaid for an entire sandwich. Read more
1 star only because they do have food available. Service is awful. Orders are consistently wrong. Asked to have my bagel cut in... half. They REFUSED and gave me a plastic knife instead. Hot food is barely warm, seems like nobody actually knows how to operatea toaster. Every visit is a disappoinment at this location. Friendly but far undersized. No fountain drinks and very limited options. It is a Tim Horton?s, but not one of the top tier.... Overpriced. Read more
I went to this location ,while I was looking at the pastries , I noticed fruit flies all in the patries , I informed an... associate she fanned the pastries. The flies were still their when I left, no attempt was made to dispose of the products, whichI think is disgusting. I hope no one buys the pastries. Read more
Employees are nice, but none of the drinks are ever made right. They use the wrong flavoring whenever I order a vanilla latte... (whatever they use has no sweetener), and they don't seem to know that they have a white mocha latte in their own menu (theyalways refer to it as a normal mocha latte and it doesn't taste right). I come back every week or so because my boys are in theNICU and am hoping they've gotten their act together, but it is a fruitless affair at this point. Basically, don't order any oftheir espresso drinks. It's more likely than not that they will mess it up and be horribly inconsistent. Read more
I order two number five meals and when I got my order and took it upstairs to eat since I was waiting for my fiancé to be seen... I dint get any chips with my one order and they did not give me any drink I ask for and got water instead and was not told itwas water and was given to me in a regular Tim Hortons coffee cup and not the clear soda cup.. not satisfied with how i allturned out..
