Why staff your business with staff who aren't interested in conducting your business? I walked up to the register and waited... while 3 young women chatted behind the counter. One or another of them glanced at me from time to time but they otherwiseignored me. After a couple minutes I decided to go somewhere else, and as I walked out through the door one of them yelled"BYE!" They're a waste of your money, you're better off closed. Read more
Absolutely awful. I had an online order that couldn?t be fulfilled so they told me they would give me a refund. They didn?t. I... was then told to go to another location the day after at noon. Drove 40 minutes to the other location to stand there for an hourand have them tell me they had no manager or supervisor call their store to give me my food. I really think I?m done with TimHortons. This has wasted over 2 hours of my time and I was lied to multiple times. And I wasn?t able to pay with a credit cardeither. The app made me get a gift card. Wasted my money on awful service and no help. (Update) I have been helped by someonewho didn't cause any of this. She is so sweet and took responsibility for it. She definitely made me less stressed.
