One best place I tried cold coffee and there pumpkin muffin was good
Awful. This place is gonna kill somebody. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Biscuit was barely warm, egg was cold, slimy... and gross, cheese was cold and bacon tasted like it was straight out of the fridge. DO NOT GO HERE. By far the worst Tim's I've ever been to. If I could give this location 0 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. Last year... my review had 1 star due to horrible drive-thru speeds and consistently missing ingredients, but those aren't the only issuesanymore. My mother & I wanted ice caps, so I went to the drive-thru and ordered. When I got to the window, I was handed acarrier with two ice caps that were dripping from the top seal. It was already dripping off the tray onto my car and shorts andI asked for better cups. They apologized, I handed the cray back, and after about 10 seconds they handed it back and apologizedagain, to which I thanked them and drove away. Immediately as I pulled away with the tray in my hands, my passenger seat wasgetting covered with coffee before I even set it down. By the time I got home (which I live around the corner) I had severalareas I had to use stain removal for. I've seen this happen with their cups once before. I ordered an ice cap for myself andthe lady was about to hand me a dripping cup. She noticed the problem, sighed and gave another employee a look of disbelief.Clearly, either this isn't the first time this has happened, or the employee didn't perform her job correctly. The lady thenkindly placed the proper cup size over the original cup to seal the top, then apologized when handing it to me. I thanked herand went on my way. I had no issues with it dripping. Something is obviously wrong here. I hope no other locations are havingissues such as these. The one on Union across from McDonalds has been there for YEARS and they have always been kind andefficient. After today, I will be driving the extra distance to receive the proper level of customer service that should begiven. Read more
Always on my list of places for a quick pitstop on way to work. Although not daily, my visit comes with the staff remembering... what I always order. I find that refreshing and good customer service ?? Read more
Food is generally good but I noticed their prices are higher than all other locations and they don't honor the tim app rewards... and offers, the app had 2 small iced caps for 3 and they charged the regular price of 3.85 which is way higher than any otherlocation that charges 3.25. Read more
DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! HORRIBLE! If I could give this a lower rating than a 0 star I would. Not only does this... location consistently get my order wrong but the quality of the food is disgusting. I ordered 4 hash-browns and they were in apile of broken, mushy pieces when I was handed the bag. Then, I noticed I was shorted two breakfast sandwiches and I asked forthe other two, they were severely undercooked. The bacon was half done and almost falling out of the bread and the cheesewasn't even attempted to be melted. To top it all off the employee was annoyed that I asked to have the food recooked. Instead, she just slapped my money back down on the counter and expected me to reach over for it. There is zero commitment toany sort of quality there...both is customer service and food quality. Very convenient location not far my neighborhood. The staff there is always friendly and it's usually a quick in and out even... if there is a line. Definitely recommend! Read more
