Always love ordering from here. Staff is kind helpful and fast. Food is always hot, and extremely good. You can tell everything... is made fresh. Yes sometimes mistskes happen. No company is perfect Especially in the food industry but they will try to workwith you to resolve/correct the problem if you call or see them and will speak to the staff to try to avoid it from happeningagain. I've never had an incident where i was left unsatisfied/disappointed. They always made it right. Not to mention when theweather is poor they come in to serve customers when other places remained closed. Not to make money. So we had hot food to eat.Especially since the stores that were open, the shelves were bare and had basically nothing. Great pizza. My boyfriends only go to spot he loves the honey crust lol. We had a problem one time with fried dough and they... exceeded my expectations with fixing the issue! They delivered a new fried dough in a very timely manner and the next time I wasin the shop, they gave me a gift card as well and were very apologetic again. Great food, great service. Read more
Jay always goes out of his way to make the best Gluten Free pizza and regular pizza in this city. Patrick always makes sure your... food is done right. I have been a regular customer every weekend for almost 2 years and my family and I cant wait for theweekends to eat wise guys delicious food. My 6yr old daughter & I went there for pizza & fried dough. We only ordered slices, they even accommodated my daughter with a... just cheese slice. Not only was this the most delicious and the biggest slice, I?ve ever enjoyed in my life. But the atmospherewas amazing as well. They have old school pinball machines available to play For FREE! The music was chill and not allinappropriate language. The staff was friendly and the seating area was clean. I highly recommend this pizzeria. Fresh and Hot. Sauce is on the sweeter side, not overpowering pairs excellently with the crust Underneath the cheese and sauce... the slice is soft at first almost a pillowy texture and ends in a perfect bite thanks to the nice golden crisp on the bottom.Could of used a little more cheese to the edge of the crust, but plenty throughout. Sausage was typical sausage for pizza. Itwill satisfy your pizza munchie craze hands down. Overall the experience was great. Pizza was incredible however I wish thecheese reached the edge, personal preference i know. I didn't take off points for it though. We dined outside. Very nice view onSeneca street. This is literally my husband?s and I third time giving this place a chance and each time it just gets worst. First 2 times food... was burnt and what not, my husband left a review- owner reaches out they?re of course so very sorry and then offers a gift cardfor our troubles. So today we decide to take advantage and yet again, disappointment. These cannolis are completely soft andsoggy, both inside and out, and I can?t imagine how long a cannoli she?ll has to be sitting out for or in the fridge for ratherto go completely soft. Checked the packaging to see if it had a ?made on? Or ?sell by? date but there?s nothing so no clue howold they actually are. Have enjoyed Buffalo-style pizza all my life and have been trying out some of the less widely-known neighborhood places. Of... course Buffalonians know about Bocce?s, La Nova, Imperial, Santora?s and others, and there are also many other great places youshould try for new experiences, and to support these local gems, as well. I had pizza and wings tonight at Wise Guys Pizza inSouth Buffalo on Seneca Street - and both were GREAT! As a first-timer, I was made very welcome. I wish I had asked for thename of the young lady who took my order, but she was very nice and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. It?s so great to see people who are kind and enjoy their jobs and are really great and friendly with customers. When my foodwas ready, I decided to eat there. Why not eat it right out of the oven?!? The pizza was Buffalo-Style at its finest - andthey were not chincy on the ingredients. More cheese than most of the bigger places and lots of cup-and-char pepperoni, too. The wings were good, meaty and I had them crispy, because that?s how I like ?em. It was fun just people-watching asneighborhood people strolled in and out with their food. Everyone was smiling and friendly. This neighborhood didn?t seem tohave gotten the memo that everyone needs to be angry these days. ?? This part of South Buffalo has a great vibe with lots ofactivity and many businesses operating quite successfully. Buffalo people generally like to stay within their basicneighborhoods/areas, but if you?re not from South Buffalo - make it an adventure and see a great place and well-keptsecret.
