Stopped at the buffalo Ohio location. Just after 7pm ordered a foot long veg on white. Wanted pizza sauce on it lett onion... banana peppers pickles and mayo. Well white bread not even cooked all the way no pizza sauce. Called to repost it and young girlwas nasty on the phone. Asked when a mgr/ store msg would be in tomorrow and was told who knows . I went to this Buffalo Subway today. I bought 4 subs. There were three girls/women working there. It was busy… drive thru was... busy. Inside was busy. When I went in the first girl was busy with an order, yet she welcomed me. She was working quickly, doingseveral things at once to keep things flowing. These girls are fantastic! I’m sorry the line built behind me, but I am sothankful for such great workers. The subs were prepared perfectly! Thank you … Makayla, Kaylen, and Fox! (Sorry if Imisspelled any of your names). Had the worst customer service EVER in the drive through. The lady was so rude! When I asked her name, she told me it wasn’t... my business and asked why I needed it. I then told her I was going to report her for the way I was treated. She told me no andslammed the window shut. I will be reporting this to the manager. I am a regular customer here, and have never been treatedthis way. Very disappointed. Will not be back. Update her name is burgundy.
