We had to repeat our order 6 different times and they still got it wrong the lady was nice enough to take it back to redo it and... hour later we finally got our food and still wasn't done right it's like they just give u what they want it to have and afterasking 4 different times if my boyfriend's had no onions on his because he's allergic to onions and she there's no onions hestill got onions and as many times as I order number one I know there is no ketchup on the burger they just made it the way theywanted to I will b calling corporate because this is everytime we go to this one they do this to us Read more

Food did take a minute to come. But was fresh when it came out. Asked for fries and tots were still given for my son with meal.... After letting them know fries were still missing. Server took entire.meal back. 5 minutes later. Food was brought back and thequestion was asked "Does he just not like tots or he can't eat them"? ????. That is not what you ask a paying customer whospecifically ask and pays for something. I asked do you all just don't have fries? Server did apologize and stated will be anadditinal wait. Fries were brought out not even 60 sec later. Overall food was fresh. But these restaurants need to stop askingor negotiating food if it's in stocks. Give what the customer pays for. Stop trying to cover the business mistake! And fix theservice properly. Read more

I usually love Sonic and usually NEVER complain. However, this location really needs some serious overhauling on EVERYTHING. We... went through the drive through, had to repeat our order numerous times. We got our food, get home, order was not right at all. Icalled to speak to the manager. She flat out argued with me over it. There was no extra lime in my Dr Pepper. I can count. Thereis 2 not 4. I don?t care if you said you made it yourself, that doesn?t change the fact there is only 2. I ordered a burger withbacon. There?s no bacon on it. ITS NOT MY FAULT THAT ON YOUR END IT DOES NOT STATE SUCH. Burger was slapped together carelessly.I literally had to repeat my order multiple times. There should NOT have been an error. The last several times I have visitedthis Sonic, the customer service has been sub par. The last 3 times I have visited, they have either got the order wrong orbrought out the wrong size. They have yet to get it right. I don?t appreciate THE MANAGER catching an attitude when I was tryingto give HER the opportunity to make it right. Don?t insinuate I am a liar. Don?t come at me with sarcasm either. You have losta customer. I know in the grand scheme of things, one customer won?t hurt you. However, to the owner: I hope you take the timeto address the issues mentioned above as well as do remedial training on customer service. A little bit of customer service goesa long way. My husband went to this sonic yesterday. My husband is disabled and with things growing more expensive daily going out to eat at... sonic is a treat for us. We used the drive thru and my husband wanted a combo meal and I just wanted a blizzard with whippedtopping. Simple enough. Get to the window and they hand my husband the blizzard with no whipcream My husband hands it back andasks for the 4th time for the whipcream. Immediately the lady tells my husband he didn't order it. After they go back and fortha little the lady reluctantly adds it. We wait for several more mins for my husband's order, they hand it to him but there's nodrink. My husband let's her know there's no drink. She tells him he didn't order one. Maybe I'm wrong but both of us thought acombo meal included a drink. We finally drove off. Luckily he had a bottle of water already in the car. We did get a chance tohear the lovely lady at the window arguing with someone at the counter inside so I'm pretty sure we weren't the issue. Buffalo sonic sucks every time I go there. Monday I went during my lunch break when they handed my receipt to me it was crumbled... in a ball they said ?we didn?t think you wanted it? well for one that?s why you ask me first! Then this morning I went forbreakfast and they didn?t even make my burrito right it was cold and thrown together the cheese was not even melted. They needto find new employees. Read more

I usually love sonic but this one sucked. We pulled in a stall to order since we?re on the road first they couldn?t get the... speakers to work so they came out then refused to write down the order and instead wanted to just ?remember it? which wasdifficult cause we had a big order. Then they went back in and missed half of it so we had to yell into the speakers attemptingto get the order correct, we finally got it and then when the brought it out one of the drinks was literally in a gravy cup andwe were missing several items we hit the button again to attempt to get it fixed cause the lady had already left and insteadthey brought out something completely wrong. I usually love this location, but today was very very disappointed and frustrated. I ordered from the window and got our stuff... but Then decided to pull in a stall in order a couple of milkshakes well when I got the milkshakes one of them was completelymelted into liquid and was warm like it was an old one sitting there. I grabbed mine and the top popped off and milkshake wenteverywhere. A huge mess all over my car And all she had to say when I called and asked for napkins was that the milkshakes weresupposed to be that way and I shouldn't grab it from the top which I never grabbed it from the top I grabbed it from the cup andthe top popped off of it so I was stuck there cleaning up with his there cleaning up a huge mess With a handful of napkins.
