This place is horrible. Always check your bag before you leave.. we went through the drive thru earlier this morning... it was... kinda busy. But these guys decide to send people to the parking lots (which is tiny..) to serve them and keep the line moving..which is obviously ideal, If you did it properly. There was no system for keeping track of which order belonged too who or whoshould park where.. there ended up being no parking for people who actually wanted to park and go inside. After I parked it wasalmost 10 minutes before anyone even came out to serve anyone. (Keep in mind the drive thru cars are piling up.. He then wentfrom car to car to find who the food belonged too. I ordered a sandwich, 2 bagel bites 2 order hashbrowns and a long Johndonut.. by the time I finally got my food.. I only received half of it. I got my sandwich and bagel bites; no donut (which wasfor my very disappointed daughter) no hasbrowns. The sandwich was over cooked and too hard to even take a bite of, but I angrilyenjoyed my bagel bites after calling to complain, which just rang and rang with no answer i would have rather voiced my concernsover the phone, but they gave me no choice to leave this review.. Around 20 mins back, I went to get coffee from drive through, the lady who was there at the store was very rude. She said it's... not India and tried to imitate our accent. She shouted very rudely and was in no mode of taking our order. I would never comeback to this dunkin.Very unprofessional, unethical and racist staff. Never had this experience before. Read more
For your own good, stay away from this location! We were going to order a dozen, but the selection was not good. We got 1/2... dozen, and it was awful! The donuts are old and stale. My daughter and I both became very sick after eating one of theirsupposed donuts. The whole place was disgusting, and the service poor. I used to love Dunkin' Donuts years ago. Oh, how themighty have fallen. I would give this place zero stars if I could. They are awful! Close this location down! I've had betterdonuts from a gas station. Read more
This rating is in particular to an order placed on Wednesday. This location offers construction time order offer between 2.30 pm... - 6.00 pm. We were there to place an order at 5.43 pm, the assistant taking in store orders denied initially stating that it waslate and the promotion is over. However when my husband insisted that it was not yet 6.00 pm she was still hesitant but took ourorders. I decided to write this review after reading another Local guide?s review that states the store charges regular priceeven when promotions are available. Read more
Pls avoid using this location. If you have to use, please ensure that you check your order, before you leave the location. Had... ordered 2 x English muffins with egg & cheese & 2 x english with & no cheese. They mess up the order with 4 x English muffinswith cheese. To our utter shock, the English muffins had bacon inside. The worst part was that the Manager (Raj) was not readyto accept the fault & instead suggested, I use other DD location, for future purchases, which was very very rude of him and histeam. Read more
They're friendly for sure, but they have messed my order up quite a few times. Just stopped by today to grab some donuts for the... office. I asked for dozen ASSORTED donuts. I ordered an iced mocha and watched the guy pour cold brew into a cup and then add syrup. I thought it was for someone else and... then he handed it me. Yikes. Read more
