The last few times we?ve been here the food has not been good. Today the Italian beef sandwich had very little beef on it, ... they were out of ketchup for fries today, last time they were out of bread for sandwiches. That?s inexcusable, send the managerto Jewel to pick up what you?re out of. The waitress was ditzy and slow, although she was nice. Waitress didn?t serve pizzajust dropped it off. Some menu prices were not correct when we paid, they just shrugged and said menu hadn?t been updated. Verypoorly run location. We will not be back. Read more

WOW? this place is beyond.. coming from New York, I had to try Chicago pizza and WOW.. hands down, the best pizza I?ve ever... had.. and I?m a born and raised New Yorker (call me a traitor all you want, this place is outstanding). Comparing between thedeep dishes I?ve had and most pizzas, this pizza is incredible. I had the deep dish garlic and spinach. Nothing like it! Veryexcited to see this place offers frozen delivery. Cheese triangles were delicious, wings need to be a bit more crunchy but flavor was on point. Now we have had upside-down pizza... before but not from here. Dough was crunchy and good had lot of cheese and veggies with pepperoni what it lack was a more tastysauce it really didn't had flavor and was a bit too water down. Stopped in for dinner and enjoyed a small Special. Was super yummy! The local staff was great and took good care of us.

We dined in for lunch. Upon entering the restaurant they said they were out of bread so we could not order sandwiches or garlic... bread, but they had plenty of pizza and soda. We had planned on ordering the lunch special combos of pizza and salad. Both thepan and thin pizza and salad were delicious! We also ordered ice tea to drink and were told they were out of sugar andsweetener. Hoping this was an isolated supply issue and not something that happens on a regular basis. Read more

They messed up my order AGAIN. It happens pretty much very other time I order from them. I simply ask for a side of sauce... because they hardly put any on their deep dish pizza. The frustrating part is the receipt attached to my order shows they onlyincluded 2 out of 3 items that I ordered. To add insult to injury they refused to credit my credit card for the error so now Ihave a credit to a place I never want to go back to in the future. Lou Malnati's is down the road so that's where we will betaking our business. Read more
