This place the workers locked us out when they saw us walking up and did not let us purchase a sandwich because of no reason
Location doesn't accept coupons. Manager would rather lose customers than honor company promotions which were distributed in... the mail. Couldn't even get through to corporate on the phone to file a complaint. Not coming back here anytime soon. Read more

This Subway refuses to honor its own promotions. I have been turned down with the Stevenson High School Patriot Savings Card... prior. Today, I presented the corporate Subway coupon that came in the mail. They said they don't take it and as proof asked meto scan it where the price did not adjust. After an exchange, it turned out the cashier rang up an order that did not match ourorder which was the same as the coupon. Once they corrected that, of course the coupon took. But this was after 3 scan attemptsand having to make my case. Go somewhere else where they don't short-change the customer because they don't value your businesshere, and don't care to get it right unless you are very persistent. Last time going to this Subway; there are better locationsin the neighborhood. Read more
