Location doesn't accept coupons. Manager would rather lose customers than honor company promotions which were distributed in... the mail. Couldn't even get through to corporate on the phone to file a complaint. Not coming back here anytime soon. Read more

This Subway refuses to honor its own promotions. I have been turned down with the Stevenson High School Patriot Savings Card... prior. Today, I presented the corporate Subway coupon that came in the mail. They said they don't take it and as proof asked meto scan it where the price did not adjust. After an exchange, it turned out the cashier rang up an order that did not match ourorder which was the same as the coupon. Once they corrected that, of course the coupon took. But this was after 3 scan attemptsand having to make my case. Go somewhere else where they don't short-change the customer because they don't value your businesshere, and don't care to get it right unless you are very persistent. Last time going to this Subway; there are better locationsin the neighborhood. Read more
Worst Subway experience. Rude staff and horrible service. Also food is not fresh and tiny!!! There was no cheese in our melt! It... looks like a tiny tiny piece of cheese. We also asked for extra vegetables in our sandwich and she put in 2-3 pieces of lettucemore. Didn?t even put in sauces in our sandwiches..?????????????????????? Very rude staff, not at all friendly. I accidentally placed an order via app and I immediately called the store to cancel the... order. There was an old lady on the phone denied that she will not cancel the order. I requested again and again and she saidthat the owner will not like it so they are not cancelling the order. I said I will not come to pick up the sandwich, and I wastold that they don't care. They will throw the sandwich in trash but will not cancel the order in any situation. They startedshouting and abusing in Gujrati language. WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE UNTIL THESE GUYSLEARN BEHAVIOR SKILLS. Read more
