I went at 2:10 PM and they said it would be a 30-45 minute wait. At 3, I got a text saying my table is ready. Host took a while... to seat us even after we came back. I asked if it?s possible to be seated somewhere where we can watch the World Cup and wastold that they can change the channel for me. Server came 5 mins later and said he?ll be with us in just a minute. Took 20minutes to come back to us and take our order. We wanted to order the house sampler without beer battered onion rings, but wastold the manager is mean and does not allow for substitutions. I asked if we could get the sampler without the onion ringsespecially since they were out of onion rings for the day. He went back to ask his manager and the manager said it?s notpossible for us to have the sampler excluding the onion rings due to them not having onion rings at 3 PM. I have never heard ofany restaurant not doing substitutions or not allowing for the purchase of a house sampler when there is only one food productmissing from the course. We ordered the nachos for $10 with a strawberry lemonade and water. I had asked the waiter to changethe channel to the World Cup which he said he would. The nachos arrived another 20 minutes later. I asked for a second time forthe channel to be changed to the World Cup. He said yes he?ll change it and apologized for forgetting the first time. Thechannel still was not changed afterwards (2x asking the server and 1x asking the host & it was never changed during our visit).Our table was not checked on at all while we were eating. Water was not refilled. Our nachos didn?t have enough cheese. All thecheese was at the bottom stuck to the parchment paper it came on. There was a bucket full of other table?s trash, plates andleftovers next to us the entire time we were eating there and nobody came to remove it. Service was horrible and a waste oftime. Read more

The food was good. Service needs some touching up. Never answer the phone I paid online and wanted to see if they had curbside... because the to go parking was full and never enforced. I waited 15 minutes and had to flag down help after them seating twogroups and a single even though I was standing at the door before anyone else. Read more

Haven?t eaten at Buffalo wild wings in a long time. convinced my friend to give it a try. Worst recommendation i have ever... given. Waitress was nice. But the wings seriously looked like leftovers and cold along with the fries. Not to mention the stenchof an un cleaned kitchen. Read more

Let me start off saying this is the worst location to ever go through....all the young people are up front playing around... especially the one with red hair....the waitress (Giancarlo) doesn't have a clue what's going on...took forever to bring thedrinks ...kept forgetting what we ordered even though he wrote it down as if he can't read his own handwriting...the manager hadto bring us our drinks...it wasn't even that busy to be forgetting stuff . The tables next to us an the floor was filthy for theWHOLE time frame we was there ..who wants to eat next to dirty tables? We were there from 9:45 to 10:45. Received our appetizerand it was barley warm we were told after we received our order that there was no dressing then proceeded to tell us that therewas the to go kind as if made a difference as long as we received the kind we wanted and I will NOT ever return to thislocation. Not impressed with our last few trips to this BWW. We originally had great experiences but the last two times we dined in the... restaurant our service was terrible, seems like an establishment ran by high schoolers. Everyone is one their phones or talkingto their co-workers not paying attention to the customer. We tried take out to see if that would change anything, if actuallywas worse. This is a picture of the ?full? order of fried pickles we ordered. I don?t know if it?s just me but that doesn?t looklike a full order plus they were burnt along with the boneless wings so we couldn?t eat either of them. Hoping corporate stepsin soon otherwise this location is going to keep going downhill. Read more

Came in at 10:00 PM on a Friday. Did not look busy in the dining room, and then proceeded to wait THIRTY MINUTES after being... seated before we were noticed by waitstaff. The table was "wiped down" but as you can see, we were given dirty menus andspecials cards. It took about 10 minutes for my wings to come out but the other food on the order was both incorrect,overcooked, and barely warm. It took 30 minutes for the kitchen to produce a wrap. Our server Lauren was both apologetic andabsent but, even while apologizing for how slow the kitchen was, seemed very non-engaged with us as customers. I understand thatFridays in the serving community are either feast or famine, but as a customer I should be treated at least with a modicum ofrespect. Had I been able to find another restaurant to eat at, I would have gotten up and walked out. It will be a while beforeI return to this Buffalo Wild Wings location. Read more

ANALECIA also known as LESA started out great with her introduction and with taking our drink orders. When we finally received... our drinks only four people got drinks, after asking about the other two drinks she said they are coming something about the barmaking them. Which would have been fine if she would have communicated that before we asked and waited about five minutes. Thenshe finally came with one drink. AGAIN we had to ask about the sixth drink, which she said was coming soon. Not one apology forthe wait. No drinks were touched until all the drinks were on the table. A ten minute wait for a strawberry lemonade. The fooditself was good, thank you to the kitchen. We waited for about fifteen to twenty minutes and she said she would go check on thehold up for us without us having to say anything. We asked for boxes TWICE because she took the order of the table next to usand sat down while doing so instead of just getting our boxes first. We asked again because gnats started coming around thetable. She gave us the small boxes she had by the register and said she was going to originally get us large ones. Once again nocommunication beforehand by her only after us asking and complaining about the gnats. She still should have gotten the boxesbefore taking the large order of the other table. After I put the food in the small boxes we still needed one more so she gaveus the last box with the bill INSIDE?.. why would she think that was a wise decision?.. I was very disappointed by the serviceLESA gave. Her friendliness was great, she seemed very comfortable and confident and I like that in a server however she needsto work on communicating issues before a customer brings it up and always apologize for the wait. The young lady at the frontwas kind of rude, which is another story. The bathroom needed to be cleaned especially the pinkish ring inside the toilet.
