They are extremely ungenerous with the portions. Even when you ask for extra! Don?t make the mistake ordering online here... either. If you go to the Chipotle next to the Starbucks down the street, you will be truly satisfied. Read more
After about 2 years of not going to chipotle I decided to give them another try- BIG MISTAKE. Ordered on the app and still have... to wait 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. All that could have been forgiven but the order that was clear onthe label was not correct and the steak is just as fatty as it was before. Well my wife ordered on the app for me to pick up after my 12 hour ER shift. I had to wait 20 minutes past my pick up time. ... Once I returned home and opened my salad I actually received one order of steak which was fatty, white rice, no black beans, noguacamole, no cheese, and an order of sour cream. As you can see from the photo I posted way off from my original order. Alsojust a side note I have been ordering from this location for the last 8-12 years. I've never had Chipotle until this day and omg if you haven't tried it your missing out. This place is the best and fast... friendly service. I've craved Chipotle ever since trying the first time. It's a restaurant where you stand in line a tell thewhat you want. Must try don't miss out. Great sweet tea also. I got a steak salad with rice , pic a de gallo, sour cream, guacamole with chips. First time I'd ordered Chipotle delivery vía the app. Around the time my order was scheduled to arrive I received a text from... the DoorDash driver telling me that they (Chipotle/Buford) didn't have my order. I texted back my order info and the next thingI get is a notification from the app saying that my order had been cancelled. CANCELLED. No further explanation, nothing, justcancelled, bye. So, if I hadn't been craving Chipotle so bad I would have said nevermind but I went back into the app and placedmy order a second time. This time went somewhat smoother, arrived relatively on time however.....the store totally left out mychips and guac! It was there on the receipt plain as day but not in the bag! GRRRRR! This is a deal breaker with me:/ don'tmess with my chips and guac! Lol Seems like, at this store, if you don't stand there and watch their every step you're going tobe missing something from your order or your order is going to be wrong. Even if you order online and pick it up yourself, check the bag closely! Once I trusted them and brought home an entirely different order than my own! The burrito bowl i got was tasty. The chips were stale and hard to eat, definitely cooked the day or two before. The guacamole... had a large chunk of un-ripe avocado, which considering the size of the servings, meant half of the guac was inedible. Go to theChipotle that's closer to the mall next to Steak and Shake instead. Read more
Let me start by saying I love chipotle. I probably have it maybe once a week or once every two weeks the last five times that... I?ve ordered from this location they have forgotten items. This time it was the lettuce, last time it was the corn salsa, onetime before that I asked for extra corn salsa, an extra hot salsa, and I got neither.
