I went through the drive-thru and when I arrived at the window I was ignored. The cashiers and others working there were... standing around with their backs turned to me for over 5 minutes. Finally got my drink and left. I was not happy with the drinkthat day. Not sure what was going on but the service was a sure indicator of the quality of drinks this day. Closes at 10, but doors are locked at 9pm. To the 2 young adults that were in the building sitting on back counters, thank you... for informing me that your oven was broken via the drive thru. Dunkin? Corp? maybe look at closing this location earlier?Clearly no interest in customer service and a broken oven is not going to equate sales. Read more

I visit this location often but this morning had a completely different crew than normal that demolished my previous rapport... with this location. While in line, I noticed the car in front of me pass back her coffee and breakfast bag. As I pulled up tothe window, I was given the same coffee and bag. I ordered a Cocoa Mocha Latte and was handed something completely different.One of the girls (heavy praise for this cashier) was telling her coworker the coffee was wrong but she still persisted that thiswas the correct coffee. She persisted to tell me that the order was correct while the other worker was pleading her to stop. Itried the coffee and it tasted like straight cream and sugar. I politely asked for a new one and she explained that my order wascorrect(most definitely not correct). They fussed about making a new coffee and downsized my order to a small because "theoriginal order was correct". I told her to compare the colors of the old and new coffee (they were obviously different colors).So now I paid for a medium coffee and a biscuit w/no egg (but they messed that up too and left egg on the sandwich). I used their kiosk to order a Nitro Cold Brew but received an Ice Coffee. I asked for a manager and someone approached me and... told me that I received a Nitro Cold Brew, but "nitro" meant extra espresso and not nitrogen. I then asked for the manager anda different employee tried to support her coworkers statements and told me that their Nito Cold Brew wasn't like Starbuck's, butthen adjusted her statement after I quoted what the Dunkin website said that their location wasn't equipped with the tap andthat only the next generation locations had it. She then gave me a refund, but never apologized after making it quite obvioushow disgusted she was since I took her time during a short morning rush. I'm curious who the actual manager is. Where werethey? So many things should have been handled differently but inexperience and/or lack of training seems to be the main reasonbehind so many of the bad reviews for this location. Read more

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. There was no cashier working, so we had to order at the kiosk. It took over 15... minutes for one iced coffee and avocado toast, and they still got my order wrong. I also watched 3 other customers be given thewrong order. The system they use is extremely ineffective and wastes time as well as ruins the customer experience. I suggesthaving someone actually working as a cashier. Read more

Rude staff, long wait to get someone to help me with kiosk. Employee acted as if I was interrupting his time. I still needed... help with gift card with no one to assist me. Parking is horrible as well. I will not return to this location. I understand alot of places are short staffed, but customer service should be top priority. Read more

This is the LAST time I will be ordering food from this Dunkin Donuts! The last time me and my husband went he order a coffee... and munchies. When I looked at the receipt they took it upon themselves to add a donut to our order but no donut was in the bag.When I told the girl at the drive-thru we didn't order a donut she looked surprised and said oh, we thought you said donut. Itold her how could you when you did even give us one but you charged us for it! So I told her fine, give me a cake donut withchocolate frosting (it's yellow cake with chocolate frosting). After we pull away I looked in the bag an it's a chocolate donutwith chocolate frosting....something I would never order because I don't like them. Today I ordered a ham croissant sandwich,hashbrown and a drink. When she hands me the bag she says it will be a minute on the drink. I took that opportunity to look inthe bag while I was waiting and there were no hash browns in the bag. I asked are you waiting on the hash browns too. She turnsand tells someone about the hash browns and then hands me another bag that felt like nothing was in it. I looked in the bag andthere are only 6 pathetic hash browns at the bottom of my small bag... and one of them wasn't even a whole hash brown, it was ahalf of one. I've NEVER been to a Dunkin Donuts before and received 6 hash browns, the things are tiny. They can't get theorder right, they charge you for things you didn't order and they give you as little as possible. I WON'T BE GOING BACK! Read more
