Tried to get some donuts this morning- store doors were locked despite posted hours indicating store and drive through were both... open, so went through the drive through. Waited many minutes to be told at the window card payments only and only originalglazed dozens available. Not what I was looking for! I understand stuff happens, but post a sign at least so potential customersdon't waste time waiting for products and services that aren't actually available. Read more
Very nice staff. I love the manager and cashiers as well; The donuts are fresh, the store and restrooms are very clean as well.... They offer a larger selection of donuts than some of their local competitors. And the prices are very good for a Dozen donuts.Very tasty too! Read more
The last 2 visits I've made to the Buford GA location by the Sam's has been terrible. BOTH times not only did I sit in the drive... thru for more than 15 minutes, but I was given "OLD" donuts. There is a big difference between their donuts that are fresh (Hotsign on), ones that have been cooked recently but not hot, and ones that are old (where the icing has started to dissolve intothe donut and the donut becomes hard). Well for me it has been the last scenario ????. The staff that is working there usuallyare young and have no regard for what they serve customers. Hell it's bad enough that the donuts have decreased in size and theprice has gone up! I remember when my father would take me to the original Westend location and the donuts always tasted good,no matter if the hot sign was on or not. I will now start supporting the Duluth location, as there I get good service and gooddonuts. Read more
I've tried giving this store a chance but the level of unprofessionalism is out of this world. Employees packing and making... donuts for themselves, sitting in the lobby eating while letting people in the drive thru wait. Selling old and faulty product.I'd drive back to get my money back if I didn't have better things to do. As the shift manager was present and was alsohorrible, I'm pretty sure this store is lost.
