Unpleasant experience today because there was no adults management! Only teens working! Two of the employees were being... superstars. I can't say the same for the other 3. I asked for a fudge brownie, strawberry cheesecake and smoothie. I noticedthere were only 2 brownies and 1 strawberry cheesecake left when I ordered. Instead of getting my pastries the employees walkedaround a bit, read instructions for the smoothie, made the smoothie, went in the back to rinse out the smoothie container,looked for bags, and looked for gloves. Literally, 8-10 minutes later, he attempts to get my brownie and cheesecake he sold mebut one of the superstars had sold them. My kids love these cookies but they?re on the expensive side. They have raised their prices again but i guess u get what u paid... for since these really taste good. Our favorite flavors would be Birthday cake and sugar cookies. We are trying the chocolatechip cookies again to see if we like it but seems like we are still going back to our favorites???? Read more

I went to this location with my 2 kids yesterday and placed an order and asked for a cup of water. Shaniyce refused to give us a... cup of water. Restaurants are required to provide customers with a cup of water free of charge. She gave us a cup but said shewouldn't put water in it. Are you kidding? As we started to walk away there was another employee and I asked him, can you reallynot give customers a water? He said they charged for the cup. I showed him that I had a cup, just needed the water now. So hegave us some water. This was the worst customer service or lack thereof that I have ever experienced. These kids need someserious training. When I called the manager he didnt seem to care about customer service either. Just said thanks for calling.This company has lost a customer for good. Read more
