Was seated by the most pleasant & courteous host today for my spouse’s special Valentines day 2-14-22 - Host Carolyn! Miso... First time at PF Chang. I got egg drop soup which was great. I ordered Ginger Chicken and Broccoli, had a custom drink made of... Japanese liquor, white peach simple syrup, and ginger beer. I chose this place for my 30th birthday. My boyfriend and I came in and was greeted by the hostess and taken to our table. It... was lunch time but it wasnt very busy, but they had all the guest in the same area. With covid, I would think there would bemore space but that's not the point..... We sat down at 12:50pm... Mind you it was not busy.... We did not get any assistanceuntil 1:10 p.m. I was in the process of picking up my keys when the waiter from the table right next to us came to us and asked"how we were doing." I told him "well you just caught us as we were about to leave because we've been sitting here since 12:50and you're the first person to come and say anything to us." I feel it was a race thing. My boyfriend and I are black and wecame dressed casually comfortable. While we were sitting there waiting, a group of four white people came in and set diagonallyto us. As soon as they were seated less than 10 seconds later a waiter came and asked them for they're beverage orders and ifthey needed anything else. 3 minutes after that two more white people come in and sit right next to us and that was when wefinally got noticed. I'm big on customer service especially when I'm going out to somewhere that I feel is exquisite and a treatfor myself. I don't have to spend my money here but I chose to and I did not like the way the customer service went. The foodwas okay. We ordered the spare ribs that were overcooked, the lettuce wrap that tastes burnt, and the honey crispy shrimp andchicken which had more rice than anything. It's been a while since I've had PF Chang's but I don't remember it being that bad. Read more
Mrs. Carolyn in the take-out area at the Mall Of Georgia location is a angel. She is very kind and sweet; as well as warm and... friendly. I will definitely be back to order take-out just to see her. She literally made my day just by asking me how was Idoing, along with having my order ready when I walked in to pick it up. For a Chinese fusion restaurant, it's not bad. However everything was overly sweet and oily. Couldn't finish the meal because I... felt nauseated. The appetizers were better in my opinion. We got calamari, lettus wrap with ground meat and fried green beans.And the wrap was a good start because it was so refreshing! Read more
5-STARS! I had the BEST time today 11/30/22! The staff from the hostess Connie, to the server Bernard, to the mgr Tony were... AMAZING! The food was HOT & DELICIOUS as usual, but the staff were PHENOMENAL! Very attentive & they made sure I wascomfortable & checked on me w/out being too crazy about it, as I was there alone… I watched as Connie greeted everyone whenthey came in. (I was by the front) Not 1 person had to wait for her, as she was right on top of her job. She was a very sweet,kind lady & her southern accent is too adorable. Made me smile hearing her speak . I really enjoyed Connie & my serverBernard. Bernard was amazing & he made suggestions & answered my questions effectively w/ out asking anyone else. They bothmake one heck of a team!
