TERRIBLE FOOD-please don't sell the food if it's stale. I have always loved Panera but NO MORE!! This is bad!!! CUSTOMER... SERVICE was also trash and food was sooooo bad. What a combination. This location seems to have better fresh food quality than most other locations across the USA I have been to over the years. I... got group catering orders for both breakfast and lunch. Each time food was ready when I arrived and packaged well for travel.Staff was nice and friendly, just make sure you have your online order number handy as to avoid any confusion in the kitchen. I had a redeeming experience at the Buford location after having multiple horrible experiences at various other locations. The... drive-through cashier who assisted me today was very patient as I scrambled to decide what I wanted to order for the dessertportion since it was not all listed on the menu. My food was terrific, but overall this was a trip with one mission in mind,which was to give Panera another try after several years, and thank goodness I tried again. The kids and I are picking up some dinner. They were out of chips and another item so the cashier asked if bread was okay to... substitute. It was fine until we got the order. I couldn?t believe that they just threw those pieces of bread on top of theother items. Don?t u have some tissue paper to at least wrap it with? I just thought it was very unsanitary. The bread was hardas rock and so does the pizza, tasted old. The sandwich was acceptable and the broccoli and cheese was good. Never going backhere for a long time???? Read more
So my wife ordered a Fuji Apple salad and found several lettuce leaves with insect holes on them. I will attach pics. She... brought them to the staff's attention. She told my wife they were spinach leaves, and it was perfectly normal to eat. I'm prettysure these aren't spinach leaves....she spoke to my wife like she was dumb and disregarded her.. Never in my life have we eatena salad with insect holes in multiple lettuce leaves. We will never eat at this location again. Gross....that can't be normal. Read more
I love Panera, but this one is terrible. We always count on Panera for a quick stop on our road trips. Usually the food is... consistent and the service is friendly and fast. This location was incredibly slow and impersonal. At least four othercustomers had issues with their orders in front of us. All of us were waiting forever on a day that was not busy. I couldunderstand if there were less people working but it was social hour on the other side of the wall. We could hear everything,some type of higher up leaving for an hour in the middle of a rush, another doing an interview for a poor girl that waited aslong as we did just to be talked to. Again, there were plenty of people around "working" but no one working. When we did getour food, it wasn't quite as good as we are used to. Obviously the same ingredients but turkey piled high in the center of ourturkey bacon bravo with empty sides, bread without the usually sweet seasoning on the crust, and a kitchen sink cookie thatmissed the mark. The chips were not Panera brand but they were local and good, that was fine, I actually appreciate that butthey never even asked what side I want. The manager was the one that took our order, I think he needs more training oroversight to help him manage his crew and keep the Panera standard. Read more
