Ordered Doordash and wondered why it was taking so long. Finally got my food and found out why. Totally burnt my sandwich bun... and chicken and thought it was acceptable to still give out like that. Also ignored my request for pickles and mayo entirely,and my soda was flavorless. This is the third and final time I will be eating here. FINALLY!!! A Popeyes restaurant that is keeping to that unbeatable flavor. Store was clean, food was hot and fresh. No one... running around with overly long nails or some wildly colorful hair. I was greeted upon stepping to the counter and most of all,the chicken had that unique Popeyes flavor! Drive through only (and you cannot decide to leave because of curbs on both sides) Took about 45 minutes to get through. But... the worst thing was they substituted stuff in my order without alerting me. Mild for spicy. Legs instead of wings. Do notrecommend. Read more

Waited 40+ minutes for an online order I placed 15 minutes earlier. Made the mistake of trying the drive though to pickup. Got... to the window and they told me they didn't have what I ordered and then told me to wait in the parking lot, but I went inside. Ichecked My bag and noticed My extra side item was missing. Terrible service they are very short with customers but still take a long time to serve you. forgotten items or consistently... advertising products they don't have I have tried this location three times and every time it's the same thing. this time wrongdrinks and wrong sandwiches(not spicy) after verifying with the employee at the drive-through and they were very short when Itold them about the drink issue and didn't notice the sandwiches until I got home will not be returning. Visited here today about 2:00 PM hoping to be after the lunch crowd. Dining room is not open! Wait about 20 minutes in drive... thru, tolerable but a little slow. Ordered two piece chicken combo, but upped to breast, side of coleslaw, sweet tea. Wifeordered the shrimp with red beans and rice, coke. Drinks are fine, get home have fries with chicken, not coleslaw. And NO redbeans and rice. Might add no premium drinks ie strawberry lemonade available. Every time we?ve gotten food from this location it has been a disaster. There is always a long line with at least 30-40 min... wait, even if you place an order online expect to wait a minimum of 35 minutes because they do not care. They are always out ofthings like red beans and rice or have things on the menu that they don?t ?offer?. Tonight our order was incorrect after waitingabout and hour, we were missing 6 biscuits and they have us mashed potatoes instead of the red beans and rice we ordered. I findit very convenient that the phone number is not listed on the receipt and the name of the cashier is listed as ?taker? insteadof an actual name.
