The staff here deserves an award. I came to a jam packed store and watched these associates fulfill 98% of the orders with haste... and efficiency. I get my coffee at Starbucks several times a week and they?re always awesome about anything you asked them. This review is for... the one inside the mall. Busy location. Maybe another place in this GIGANTIC mall can host a spot. Also right at the busy food court. Too small for the... customer base. They have only 1 decaf option. Come on! we love starbucks but after 5 I want it caffeine free Staff is goodbut not enough of them. Had 1 drink in 5 minutes and the second (a shot of decaf expresso) 5 minutes later with 3 other ordersfilled in between. No water sugar etc station. Whcig made making my drink customized harder on the already overwhelmed batista. (I get it you're in the mall... but I've been to other malls where SB is a kiosk and its run better and with more space aroundit you can have the water and sugar stations. Terrible service. I work upstairs in the mall and ordered my drink 15 minutes before i left to go on break, i get there and my... drink still isn?t ready. That?s fine, i don?t mind waiting. But i wait for another 25 minutes and my order sticker isn?t even ona cup. All they could give me is a recovery card when I asked what was going on. The whole time while they?re making people?sdrinks, they?re taking their sweet time, chatting and complaining about the drinks they have to make.
