Please avoid!!! This is a No No. I love tropical smoothie but, this location is horrible and unsanitary. And they seem to get... worse over time. I am definitely reporting to the health department. I love tropical smoothie cafe and the food but this experience was awful. The store was disgustingly dirty, including the... bathrooms. The employee making the hot food wore gloves but didn?t not wash hands before, it looked like no manger was on dutyand the employees were sitting in the front house watching videos on the phone. If I could do 0 star I would. This was a horrible experience. Walked in and no one said a word. They were just looking at us so... we eventually ordered. Almost didn?t eat here to start with because the workers just seemed extremely rude. Ordered our usualand my chicken was so cold it seemed almost frozen still. While we were in there waiting for our food a young man- what seemedto be a boyfriend to one of the employees kept going in and out with free food they were giving him. This same employee was alsosmoking her vape while customers were there at one of the bar stools. One employee was cursing loudly with frustration from theoven Even though we felt unwelcome we made sure to tell everyone thank you for our food and smoothies and not one person saidyou?re welcome. I ordered for pickup and ordered a green smoothie with whey protein. I know the way whey proteins taste in my smoothies because... I get them all the time, I could tell there was none on there and also the smoothie was watery. My husband took it back in toget it remade, I tasted it for the second time and all I tasted was whey protein and water. I was so upset I just threw it outthe window. I don?t know if they were being funny or what. Also, I ordered a three cheese quesadilla and I got chicken, theyremade that but made sure to burn it and add hardly no cheese. Not a typical google review guy. But these people at this tropical smoothie are horrible. They were just chilling sitting in the... back when we walked in. And when he finally came to take my order he walked to the register looking at his phone and wasscrolling on his phone the whole time. Super rude super unprofessional super awkward? Read more
Previously gave 5 stars. Been a few more times. Not even worth 1 star. First the skimp out on the premium sides. It cost extra... money to get a premium side, and won't even give you the full amount you payed for. Employees had an attitude when I asked formore. Second the food was awful. Asked for no cheese no chicken. Got cheese AND chicken. I'm vegitarian and didn't realize tillI had been gone far enough to to not go back. Whatever they put it there, way too much juices of whatever, and no it wasn'tsauce. Tasted like water. And to top it all off. Salty as could be. Waste of 15 dollars. Did not get what I ordered...again! This is the second time in a row that my order was incorrect at this location. I ordered 3... Bacon Turkey Ranch sandwiches. Got home and saw there was no bacon, no ranch, no lettuce, no tomato. Just turkey on bread. Hint:The ingredients are in the name. The staff again look like it is day one as they were trying to figure out amongst themselveshow to make the smoothies and what goes on each order they are trying to prepare. This was a totally different crew then my lasttime at this location and it showed. While I was waiting, multiple other customers were not happy at the extended wait times. Itwas obvious there was a total lack of customer service and professionalism. I expect this establishment will be out of businesswithin 10 months at this rate. Read more
