My mother my daughter and myself ate at this location this morning for breakfast. After we were seated the waitresses kept... asking us if we were ready to order without even giving us our menu yet. She continued to stand asking if we were ready I saidwe are not ready yet can we have a moment. After a couple of minutes she returned and we ordered. She was not attentive to ourtable did not come back to offer refills of our drinks or anything else we might need such as jelly for my moms toast or Tabascofor my hashbrowns. The restaurant was not busy at this time. Another waitress had to actually refill our drinks and give us ourcondiments. She dropped off our ticket I placed it on top of the napkin box with my debit card. We were not finished eating soI was not going to pay the bill at that moment. She came by and took the ticket and card without saying anything. We gave herexactly 20% tip even if her service was well below good. We understand that's how they make there money. We finished our foodand proceeded to finish a game of uno we started before the food arrived. She came to our table and said we are not allowed toplay games at her table that she has to make money and we have to leave. We had not been in this restaurant long no longer than30-40 minutes. I was in town for the weekend to visit with my daughter and granddaughter and so we went to the Waffle House at 4115 Buford... Drive Unit# 1915 Let me just tell you our waitress Marian was terrible she was so rude from the time we sat down she keptrushing us to order then never came back to check on us and when she did she come and check on us she told us to leave cause sheneeded to make money. I?m sorry but that?s not how we treat paying customers and I tipped her 20% and she did nothing to deserveit. I will never be back Read more

I love waffle house, but unfortunately I got sick from eating at this location. I had a bacon and cheese omelet with hashbrowns... and toast. The bacon wasn't cooked good, but I ate it anyway. The service at this location wasn't that great either. Read more

Rude rude rude manager! Do Not go to this location They touch raw meat and use same gloves to touch all ur other food if you are... wondering why you are on toilet messed up later manager doesn?t care she told me to get up from the bar while waiting for my togo order and to save them for ppl how are sitting in but she said it very rudely and then told me that she wasn?t rude about itI?ve been going to Waffle House my whole life and never had anyone tell me to move from the bar when placing a to go order thattakes 5 minutes and as if they were so busy I?m just disgusted ppl act this way but I guess it is Waffle House though so Meexpecting professionalism how silly of me!
