I am like most Americans who have had their fair share of fast food. On the contrary, this establishment got it right. To the... staff who worked on 10/21/2022 @ approximately 1415 hours, they deserve a standing ovation. The customer was great. Then Ireceived my tea and it was dark brown, so I knew it wasn't going to be watered down. It tasted just like how grandma made it.The fries were fresh with the right amount of salt. Even the burger was spot on, just like it came from a Wendy's commercial.The ketchup and mayo did not even drip from the burger. The wrapper was spotless. I'm truly impressed with the experience Iendured. Usually, I would only take the time to review a fast food establishment if I was giving it a 1 star to warn others, butthe quality received should not go unnoticed. Thanks again Wendy's staff. Me and my son are working in the area and we have been going to Wendy's more often because of the 5 dollar menu they have. The... staff there is always very nice to us but our last visit sticks out the most. A man was escorting a group of special needsadults to lunch there and they were in front of us in the line. The staff remembering us went ahead and rang our order up andmade our lunch while we were unaware they were doing so. They knew our order by heart and made it for us. I wouldn't mindwaiting in line for that group of adults but it was very thoughtful of Wendy's to take care of us. Thank you Read more
Paid 7 dollars for a full meal, I was hungry so I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. For some reason I opened the... packaging and see hints of brown speckled guacamole (can?t see well from camera but it was spoiled guacamole) in and on thesides of the burger. Not only this but the fries were burnt. I?m honestly really disappointed and steak & shake satisfied myhunger. Read more

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal from this Wendy?s location on December 9, 2021 and not only was my food cold, the... chicken was brown on the inside and smelled rotten. I took a couple of bites without looking and when I kept smelling it, Ilooked down and realized it was the sandwich. It was disgusting, and I felt bad from the few bites I took. My wife and I stopped at Wendy's earlier today, after Church, to grab a quick bite; from the time we'd ordered our food to... completion, the experience was absolutely amazing. The cashier was beyond nice and thankful for our patronage; our orderconsisted of Grilled chicken, French fries, Spicy chicken nuggets and Coca cola, all the items were hot, fresh and tastedmagnificent, the drink was very fresh and tasty. Manager looked like she was the only one working. Teenagers just walking around looking confused and goofing off and the pink... haired kid had a horrible attitude. They said they were super busy and the orders were going to take a while but had zero senseof urgency. Also said they were out of chili but I watched them prepare several servings for drive through customers. I don'tknow what is happening here. Read more
