This particular Starbucks location is on a campus. With thousands of students my expectation of service was 5 stars. College... kids have to get to class and stay up to study right? No one said Hi welcome to Starbucks. I asked for a good product so insteadof them tell me they are out they just ignore me and I assumed they charged me for it. Secondly I asked for Chocolate Cold Foam.I received 2 drops of milk froth on my drink. My drink wasn?t even filled up all the way. The guy was passive aggressive andtalking about customers. I will definitely be calling corporate. I wish I could upload the picture of my drink. I will neverreturn to this location. Read more
LOVE the staff here! they are always so friendly and are willing to recommend similar drinks if they are currently out of what... you'd like. it's always clean, too, which is a plus for me. Read more
They were very nice. The students were nice as well, but they made our drinks just right.
What moooore can i say about starbucks!!! Yes they not cheap but no one i said no one have the same service! The coffee taste!!... And most of all! The customer servise for any problem! Read more
I send my daughter gifts cards for star bucks yet this particular store does not accept gift cards?? Yet on your website for... this store it advertises gift cards. Disappointing to know they do not accept them. Should not matter if they are on a collegecampus. I think it is more a staff issue than anything! Read more
This is my regular Starbucks and I am always made to feel like my order is special. They care about the drink and the quality of... the product that they are giving to customers. The staff is awesome- that's always a plus. Read more
Unable to access the building without a pass - sucks as a visitor. No Starbucks for me and my wife, but luckily googled coffee... and Creek Coffee is within walking distance! ...and they don't lock out customers. Read more
