Give the young lady who is an assistant manager and still in high school a promotion and a raise. She was working by herself... when I went in at lunch today. A customer came in with a HUGE order that should have been called ahead or done online. Shehandled it well and afterwards kept trying to apologize to me for the wait. It was not her fault she was there alone and thatthis customer came in and did that at peak lunch time. She is awesome and I hope this store's upper management know how luckythey are to have her. Another hard place to review. I?ve moved them up to 2 stars hoping my next experience is a good one. I called this restaurant... in hopes of making an order over the phone for pickup. The girl answered the phone and said that was only possible if I couldorder online. I explained that their app wasn?t working properly and she said ?oh well?. She told me it was against companypolicy to take an order for pickup over the phone. We?ve never been back to this location or any Subway since this incident. Read more
