The female cashier was working so hard, & was very fast & polite. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger from the value menu. The... bacon was RAW! And it had mustard on it even though I had not ordered it with mustard. It had 1 pickle chip. The bun was flat.The nice male employee re-made it FRESH with totally crispy ???? & a fluffy fresh bun, & ketchup, but NO PICKLE chip. Myquestion is why wasn't it done right the first time? Read more
How many times are they going to forget sauces, sides or whole meals? Order nuggets, get no sauces. Order a meal, get no fries.... Order chicken sandwich and whopper, get no whopper. 4 out of 5 orders messed up. I keep hoping they'll do better but they failalmost every time. Read more
These guys went above and beyond for me and my kids. It was 8pm on a sunday and they literally were so accommodating, patient... and sweet. My son asked for chicken tenders and instead of just saying that they didn't have them, they pulled out a chicken fryto show him what they were and asked him if that would be ok for him. When having a picky child that usually sees stuff anddecides he doesn't like it already, him being able to see it before getting it made a HUGE difference! So thank you everyone whowas working that night! Genuinely one of the best experiences we've had at a fast food place in a very long time. Read more
I ordered the $6 your way meal and was told they don't do that in Arizona. It's a $7 your way meal at this restaurant. I ended... up ordering the quarter pound hamburger meal and ask to add lettuce and tomato which ended up with a cost of $0.30 each. I gotone slice of tomato and brown lettuce that I had to take off of the hamburger. I rated it two stars instead of one because thefrench fries were actually warm. Read more
Food just isn't what it use to be. I mean you get one tiny tomato on your whopper. Fries are always cold and rubbery. Food have... diminished in size! But you are pay higher prices for everything there. Do yourself a favor go home and grill your own whopper. Read more
Awesome.. Friendly and fast service and great food. I feel bad for the workers thought under the new covid supply chain... situation Cause now you have to ask for napkins and condiments..
