Normally enjoy Carl's. No thanks to an incredibly rude supposed night shift manager. As we pull into the drive through the... worker greeted us and maybe 30 40 seconds later the manager hops in accusing us of ignoring the worker hardly allowing for anytime to reply. And proceeding to argue over the horn telling us we are ignoring the poor girl who was initially trying to takeour order. We ending up becoming so angry we sped out. Never been disrespected like that and never should have been. As a foodindustry worker I understand the stress it can bring but being an unruly employee to the customer over the drive through speakerwhen I just wanted to figure out what i wanted.
