Usually pretty good food but this day wasn't so good. I think the Cook's were either having a bad day or just too rushed.
I placed a order online. It said 10 minutes. GREAT until I got there and 33 minutes later they said grub hub picked up, then it... was there girl gave it out and finally it was on the online order shelf and someone grabbed it. Tried to offer a SODA for theinconvenience. REALLY a SODA. Get it together. I will NEVER go back to that Panda. Bullhead Az hwy 95, by Walmart. Shame onyou. Read more
My grandkids love panda express.I?ve never been to panda express until now I?m kind of a Chinese food foodie. So I guess kind of... like a food snob?lol ???? Today I tried it I tried to tell me the walnut shrimp and chicken with vegetables surprisingly it wasfairly good. The service was excellent. The store is very clean there was someone cleaning the whole time. I noticed that theywent the extra mile with their clients. Apologizing when they didn?t have something that someone was looking for and they try tomake the difference. That?s good service because of that I will give them five stars. Read more
Ordered peppered black angus steak and veggies. They only had a small spoonful of it left in the serving bowl and it was dried... out. I asked them to make some fresh and they did. But they only gave me the dried out burned looking tunes pieces of stk. but,I got a lot of raw halved mushrooms. Lucky me. This store has a history of giving you less than you ordered and not giving youfresh food. If you ask, they give you even less. I would love to post a photo. But I guess they don?t want anyone to see whatyou get. Less than two pieces a half inch square. All raw mushrooms. But I paid extra for them. What can I say, it?s a typical Panda Express. The restaurant was clean, the staff greeted me I enter. Didn?t have to wait for... any items, all the item were full as you will see from the pics. The employee even ask if I was allergic to peanuts because Iorder the kung po chicken. I like that attention to detail to ensure the safety of the guest. What more do you want out of aPanda Express. Very few choices, kind of flavorless although the black Angus steak stir fry was good but they charge extra for that and don't... let you know. Had to wait a long time for vegetables. Store was clean and staff was friendly. Read more
Specifically making this review today because of an amazing employee you have. Alma! I witnessed how professional she kept... herself when an elderly lady was yelling at her about her order (that they made exactly how she asked). Alma never got loud backat this woman. Alma repeated the order 4 different times very kindly and also handled this lady when she was yelling at herabout the steak that she told the woman she would have to wait on (because there was none yet).
