Ordered a party platter earlier in the afternoon for pickup at 7. Arrived to find a line backed up to the door (night before... Thanksgiving). Proceeded through the dining area to pick-up rack: no order there, but we were 10 minutes early. A woman waitingnearby stated she was 10 minutes past her pick-up time. Reported our presence to staff to ensure our order was received. Waitedin dining area while staff bustled through walk-in orders and keeping food moving. The previously mentioned woman went up to thecounter after another 10 minutes to show a cashier her cell phone (order verification?), and eventually received her order andleft. We continued waiting, watching three bags filling up behind the counter over about 10 minutes. After a stack of paperplates were added, filling activity died down until about 5 minutes later when a staff member looked through the contents, askedthe cooking staff some more questions, then called the order out for pick-up. All told, I believe we received our order about 40minutes past scheduled pick-up time. Food quality was pretty much par for Panda Express: a bit more oily than a proper Asianrestaurant would serve, heavy breading, but nothing burnt even for such a large order. Again, allowing consideration for theThanksgiving's eve rush, my issues with the experience were less about the delay and more on the evident lack of efficiency inclosing out a finished order. Went to the drive through, was asked to pull up to the front because something I ordered wasn't ready yet... wait 10 min... not... the end of the world... get home... the gave me the wrong order... ugh Read more
Love the walnut shrimp and orange chicken, dining area was clean as was the rest of the visible restaurant
Stop here on my way home from visiting Laughlin, order a bowl with fried rice and kung po chicken. Normally if they don't ask... if I need any condiments they at least throw in soy sauce, but the person at the drive thru didn't ask me, or throw in anycondiments. You would think if someone order rice they should at least ask if they want soy sauce. But she didn't forget toask if I wanted to make a donation, or round up my change. They should focus more on the customer, then getting the customer toround up their change. Normally I don't have a problem with Panda Express they always seem to have their stuff together. Read more
Stop in and ordered a 2 item combo. They didn?t have much food on the line. I had mushroom chicken and string bean chicken. ... They need to make the string bean chicken. It took awhile. Close to 10 minutes. Nevertheless I got the order. The sauce onthe string bean chicken tasted burnt. And the white rice they served me was cold. As for the mushroom chicken that was finejust like Panda Express serves. The restaurant is clean with room to sit and enjoy. Would I eat here again, yes, however Iwill wait until all the hot food is ready then I?ll place the order. Don?t give your money up front. If you do, you will haveto wait until they have it ready and they will not prioritize you. Read more
I have been to all of the Panda Expresses in this area and this is by far the absolute worst. Served old food, wasn't making... new as they had no sauce, many steam tray empty and absolutely flavorless. I had to add 3 teriyaki packet just to make thechow mien palatable. Read more
Really? 8.50 for a 2 piece add 1.25 for shrimp...get 3 oz of shrimp(4 medium sized peices)...was it good? Yes but to get 4... peices of shrimp as your second side is bs...every other Chinese to go place fills both sides of food. Stop being cheap onserving sizes. Read more
LOVE the beyond orange chicken. Between that and them switching to vegetable oil in their cooking, I actually have options for... eating at panda again. Food quality and service vary each time we go, but is generally always good. Read more
