I just had the best cheeseburger and the best potato salad in Bullhead City. Shiver River is so much more than yummy frozen... treats, although those treats are and have always been amazing! Furthermore, the customer service was excellent. It is veryclear that they are intent on giving the customer an experience that will make they want to return. This place is Amazing if you are in Laughlin Nevada you must cross the bridge into Bullhead Arizona and try this place they have... the best shaved ice I have ever had!!!They also have sandwiches which are really good!!! Read more

We stop in every time we visit from LA. The river is worth the trip as it is, but now the best shaved ice ever is in Bullhead... City. They also have coffee, ice cream and other delicious items. I usually get a 16oz and they have so many flavors to chosefrom. The shop is always spotless, and don't get me started on how unique and cute the decor is. A must stop on the wayto/from/through Laughlin/Bullhead City. It can be a little tricky to spot if you are driving fast, but there is a "Express Water& Ice" stand that is visible from the street. Really really good! Don't let the exterior of the building fool you. It's really cute inside and the shaved ice is really good.... Lots of flavors and good service. We make this our regular stop on the way into Laughlin. Read more
