Waitress did ok considering the management here needs a serious overhaul. Very typical experience at this Sonic just like most... businesses in Bullhead. This town deserves to die off..... Staff was super friendly. Food was sonic food. Burger asked for no mustard has extra. Mozzarella sticks barely cooked to temp... and grilled cheese looked more like butter bread lightly touched the stove on both side and away it goes. Honestly would havebeen better if they would have just taken a couple extra minutes with everything. Read more
My first time coming to this place and the experience was Horrible! No shakes! their machine was broken. Really! In this heat!... So we ordered a medium lemonade which we only took two sips and it was all gone the cup was filled with ice no lemonade. Not tomention how long we waited for our food I wasn't even hungry anymore I will definitely not come back here again they SUCK!!!!!???????????? Read more

Out if sonic blasts because machine just broke down last Thursday and it's Sunday and they still don't have sonic blasts. Jessie... the manager of the store called me and explained it was a work in progress getting it fixed and it has been now. I appreciatehim for doing that and his professionalism. Read more
Slushy was good but the chicken sandwiches were both gross...really chewy and seemed overcooked. I couldn't even eat them. ????
Waited for 15 minutes for food. Didn't have any of the promotions you see on TV. And we were told they get thier truck... tomorrow. Josie was great very positive. However when I order fast food I want good food, not great customer service. Greatservice should be a given. Read more
