I worked here from August 2019 - February 2022. Managed to make a whole .50 raise. Forced overtime but wasn't supposed to be... working overtime because the owner didn't allow it (but they'd never find us help when we were working the same 3-4 peopledaily). The sandwich meats (chicken, steak) are pre portioned out to a certain weight and it made everyone upest bc they weregetting screwed on meat and out of money; we were supposed to go by a formula regardless of how much a customer wanted.Altogether since I've changed jobs I've heard from several regulars that it's gone down hill since the older crew left inFebruary 2022. If you want a good experience I wouldn't recommend this one or working here for that matter, only rated bc I feellike any new hires or future customers should know. Read more
Good food. Not enough people working. The girl working their great job she was doing. Dont remember her name but she works there... and at Walmart Distribution. Her efforts are wonderful and the place packed. Older lady helping but very slow. The other ladydeserves a raise. She kept apologizing but it wasnt her fought need more help. Manager should really do something good for her.If I had been her I would have walked out under the conditions. Read more
Ordered on the ?app? paid for it, waited 25 minutes app stated it was ready to pick up, got to the window girl came and said ?we... haven?t even made your order yet , we are slammed?I kid not when I say the parking lot was empty with most likely just employeescars there. Then she states the order and it clearly was wrong, I explained each sandwich again. Waited another 20 minutes for 4sandwiches to be made only to get them and let me say worst sandwiches ever. Sloppy and next to no meat, I expressed mine hadto be NO ONION as I am allergic. The girl offered no apology for the now 45 minutes we have waited. I open my sandwich and boomred onions on it, as I tried to scrape and remove the onions I ended up throwing entire sandwich away the ?steak? was slimyand just gross looking, maybe had 2TBSP for a 12? sub. I am so unbelievably disappointed with this. Spent $42 on sandwiches thatwere not worth .50 cents. Stay away from this location! I ordered my sub online and I thought when she handed it to me it felt really light but I never dreamed it would be this bad!! I... got the Steak and Cheese Footlong and it was like they put the meat for a 4 inch on it. There was about two tbsp on one side andabout 1 tbsp on the other. The bread tasted stale. I have never had a bad experience at Subway BUT this was so bad I had to givea review because I tried to call and speak to the Manager three times and NOBODY answered!! Very UNHAPPY.. Read more

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I ordered online through the app and when I got to the store I only... received a sandwich but I ordered a meal. We sat at the window waiting for the boy to notice and when he did he shook his headand rolled his eyes. My sandwich is very very messy, the bread is hard, and cold, I asked for it heated. Horrible place to work. Was supposed to be paid $9.50 an hour but it's not it's $8. I was told I'd get 40 hrs a week but that... wasn't true. Came to get my check and the ladies were super rude and gave me so much attitude. Never will I ever step foot intothat store. Read more
