Ordered about 7 pizzas and bunch of Buffalo wings then threw them in the trash and they smelled great mixed with my garbage
I have had food from here in the past that exceeded my expectations however tonight the food was greasy to the point it made my... wife and I sick. I called the "GM" who was rude and condescending stating the ingredients are greasy naturally so what do youwant me to do about it. The dough was undercooked. Just all the way around horrible experience. And to top it off there is asign on the drive through window stating due to lack of staffing they are closed Tuesdays and select other times "sorry for theinconvenience" . Very friendly people but it took an hour to get 2 pizzas I watched people come in place their order and get out before I even... got my pizza. They told me it wasn't done but once they finally gave it to me it was not hot, it was VERY greasy and didn'ttaste like papa johns usually does not saying it was disgusting but it definitely wasn't very good. Was awesome 2 years ago, went really bad the last year, always wrong toppings, not to mention delivery takes over an hour,... pizza is cold and they don't care! NEVER again! Read more
I order a thin crust 6 cheese with sausage they gave me that special seasoning that comes with the thin crust and it is to die... for will order special seasoning with every order. And they always have great specials and ask if I want one every time I call. Read more
I ordered an alfredo spinach pizza to go. Didnt check it because it's so simple. Get home it has tomatoes all over it. Call them... back they say that's how it comes. I take it back and look at THEIR photo of how the pizza should look, and it has no tomato.They staff was incredibly callous for no reason. Read more
The pizza was delicious despite the fact that it was a little underdone on the dough in the middle I think down here in the... south with the high humidity and the muggy atmosphere cooking time may be another five to 10 minutes to get the center cookedthoroughly I like my pizzas a little well done anyway great job Papa John's keep up the good work and keep learning everydaythank you thank you very much Read more
