Placed online order, went to "Express Pickup", single worker was helping customer so I waited, female employee comes after 20... minutes and helps customers who just got there, over just getting me my order. Update: After my review they have truly improvedand have done a amazing job of not only handling customers that are making their sandwiches but taking the time to get yourorder to you quickly. The ladies are very nice. But the down fall today was that thry were so busy inside that they neglected the drive thru. I had an... online order I had my daughter with me and I am disabled right now. So there was NO way I could carry her and the order. Tookthem over 30 minutes to even come to the window and tell me it was going to be a while before they get to me. Of I could give a -10 tonight I actually would!! It was the worst service and food we got from subway in almost a year!!!! I was... so disrespectby the guys working tonight. I had literally no meat on my steak and bacon sandwich.. they forgot toppings afterwas asked over 5 times.. I pretty much paid $11+ for a lettuces and a few pickles on my sandwich.. oooh can't forget theydrowned it in vinager so bitter can't even eat it.. call there to speak to the manager or even a asst manager and the 2 maleemployees were rude and extremely disrespectful. They told me it was my problem not theirs. Would not help in any way. The first4-6 times I called they kept hanging up on my. Wouldn't give me their names but demanded mine.. they didn't care they screwed upthe order couldn't even tell me what time they actually opened so I could speak to someone that could help me.. they didn't eventry to fix their screw up or anything.. this is the first time I had such horrible service there.
